- one of the bathroom’s shower heads needs to be fixed. - our first night the heating was closed which was uncomfortable otherwise everything was great. definitely will come back.

Very friendly stuff!!! Exceptional cleanliness and surprisingly quiet considering being next to the street/slope. Anything you need in regards to equipment is just there, simply take the back door and in some minutes you are fully equipped, ready to hit the slopes!!!

Great host, location and facilities

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Abanico, as everything was absolutely immaculate with an Austrian charm. As we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, and she was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect; it was quiet but walking distance to all the highlights of Seefeld (e.g., the city center, train station, hiking trails, swimming pool, etc.). Our room was bigger than we expected with a lovely balcony that opens the view of the mountains, unobstructed. Everything in the room was in excellent condition and in working order. The apartment has all the cooking wares and utensils were made available for cooking if you wish. Towels were changed once during our week-long stay, so that was also a lovely bonus. Wifi was free and reliable. In my eyes, Abanico sets a new standard that every hospitality business should emulate; in other words I think Abanico represents a role model lodging. We cannot recommend this place enough, and since this was our first time with Abanico, we will be a returning customer!

There were nothing that we didn't like! There are two small nuisances in regards to: 1) the bath/shower; the acrylic/glass shower stall was rather short, so taking a shower made quite a splash on the floor. However, that did motivate us to take some nice bubble baths instead :) And 2) while parking was never an issue, there was however a terrible driver who took up 2 parking spots (see picture below). We were lucky that we stayed at Abanico during off-peak period, I cannot imagine what would happen if this occurred during peak times (imagine Wintersport time!). But do not fear, those 4 parking spots in the photo were not the only ones available: there are plenty on the left side of Abanico.

Excellent appartement. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for our family. Very close to city centre, but in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the very centre of Seefeld.
