location is the best! 1 minute to Karluv bridge. and still it is quiet in hotel, although it is overcrowded touristic spot. stuff is friendly, good continental breakfast

Really nice hotel in a great location, just a few steps from the Charles Bridge. Very tranquil and cosy. The room was comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The breakfast buffet was varied enough, but a bit basic in quality. But that’s very subjective - my partner absolutely loved it.

The location is at the Charles Bridge itself; an excellent location for exploring either side of the river. Breakfast is buffet style with three types of eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, and jams. The staff are exceptional, all very polite and helpful.

Our room was at the front of the hotel. We were awoken the first night with the bin men. We were kept awake on the last night by talking in the street until 2am (cobbled streets and narrow lanes are ideal for echoing). Bit of a shame. Get a room at the back of the hotel. There's no view at the front.

our only issue was the very strong smell of deodorizer/cleaner/perfume they use in the room. We actually found this to be an issue in a number of places in Europe (where we live in Canada all public spaces are scent free and we only buy scent free products, so we are probably especially sensitive) but it was unbearable in the first room. After we complained, the staff resolved the problem by the 3rd night. If you have a scent sensitivity, let them know in advance.

Clean, comfortable, very nice staff, great location it is infront of Charles Bridge, very calm place.

there is no turkey, chicken or beef meat for breakfast, for us who dont eat pork it was little difficult others were excellence.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff! All four men were so helpful. Comfy beds, good breakfast, nice location just outside Charles Bridge. Really quiet!

dont use a waze to drive in front of hotel, you will go through a one-way street and at the same time there is a high probability that you will damage the car in a very narrow street. Parking is complicated - it is a tax for the location of hotel
