Good hotel with decent breakfast.

The extra bed requested wasn't done when we arrived which was a minor hassle as we were very tired and had to wait a good 20 minutes.

Staff in general were friendly

I arrived back to the hotel at 2am to find the entire hotel closed up. I knocked on several doors and couldn't get in. Eventually a security man open the door to let people out of the bar and when I approached to let me in he accused me of jamming my foot in the door (which I did not and would not), when I told him he was exaggerating the situation and I just wanted to get in as a resident he told me to 'Fu£k Off' and started calling me names as I backed away. he was obviously used to taking advantage of people who are drunk but I actually hadn't a drink taken to that point. I eventually got in by binging on a door for about ~10minutes. What kind of hotel is this!

Room not serviced. Bar lacking many drinks e.g. no tonic water

Access from M1 is easy. Good in restaurant was very nice. Good choice at breakfast.

The staff! Staff on duty on the evening of 22nd really need some customer service training. Their saving grace was Jordan. He was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us but the other guy behind the bar was miserable and useless. He said they only had enough white wine for 1 glass when we could see 3 full bottles in the fridge!! He was truly awful.

Friendly and comfortable

Air con unit in the bedroom was noisy even when turned off- building works around the hotel makes it difficult to find.

Location was ideal due to proximity to where we wanted to visit for the duration.

This hotel met our needs well for overnight break to a journey. The food was good and the falafels the best we’ve had. Staff all friendly and helpful.

No problems once there- problems beforehand as tried to ring the hotel reception at different times of day over 3 days and the phone was never answered!
