Reception staff were good and helpful

Room Cleaning not so good The parking was good but the pathway to exit from it was not clear as there was no exit signs to help.

Everything was horrible. From front desk to rooms, from amenities to room service. It was an absolute disaster. Had to wait almost 5 Hrs on the reception to get the room. Front desk was incapable of handling more check-ins. Almost 30 people were there for check-in but no one was attending them. People were shouting and screaming so it felt like a fish market. AC in the waiting area was not working. Women and children were sweating. One of the guys called police to address the situation. The room didn't have any soap or tissues and even worse, that the card didn't work for opening the door. Got it replaced 2 times but still nothing. It was a display of sheer non professionalism!!
