faded fittings, needed painting, skirting boards weren't clean.

it’s an older style motel but clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable.

I liked the set up, i have stayed at many hotels motels in chch and i will stay at your motel again with my partner next time we are in chch. The heating is fantastic and tv was great.

The shower was disappointing, the mixer didnt work properly, it was very loose, unable to keep a constant temperature. We stayed in number 3.

Location was great. Good parking. Good sized apartment.

The single bed was very soft so hard to sleep in but the double bed was fine. The shower would only come out very hot whatever setting it was on but it did seem a bit better the last day.

the room was dirty and unclean. unfortunately it was obvious this room had not be cleaned before our stay and when questioned the staff were not helpful

The low shower head, the tiny toilet room, it was a squeeze to get the door shut.

the location was good. the unit was nice and clean.

there was no teaspoons in the kitchen. there was no small sharp knife to cut up food with. the parking spaces were too tight. nowhere to hang bathroom towels. the room was not serviced the following morning to a reasonable standard. eg bed not made, dishes left on bench and used bath towel not removed.
