We had an awesome break - the lagoon, the staff, the food and cocktails were fabulous! We felt well looked after and found the location, the perfect place to escape from the everyday.
Probably just the bathroom needed a little update. But it wasn’t a huge problem, everything worked.

We loved our stay at Aitutaki village! The staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming! The food was delicious and the location was perfect! The lagoon was a dream to swim at and have at your door step! Couldn’t recommend this accomodation anymore! For everyone who comes here you also need to book with bishops cruises to do the boat tour through to snorkel spots and the incredible one foot island!
Nothing!

Nette en schone bungalow met een fijn en groot bed. Lief en aardig personeel! Zit aan rustig stukje van het eiland met mooie stukje van de lagoon waar je doorheen kan wandelen, zwemmen en kanoën. Ontbijt was prima & restaurant verrukkelijk!
Er was weinig variatie in het ontbijt menu, maar was niet vervelend.

Location - private bay, safe for swimming, beautiful sunrises
Limited amenities in room. No instant coffee and the refill toiletries were unfortunately not refilled on our checkin

No better place to stay, not just because of the beautiful location, but because of the incredible staff. Can’t wait to return.

The location is amazing. The lagoon is very beautiful with many sandbars. The water was calm and perfect for my 5 year old. She enjoyed searching for crabs and playing on the beach. The staff was friendly and made sure we were looked after. Robyn received us at check-in and helped us feel welcomed. She helped with whatever we needed and greeted us by name for the duration of our stay. We really appreciated her friendliness. The villa we stayed in was perfectly adequate and everything we needed.
The villas are set a little bit close to one another however it didn't seem to make much of a difference as most people were out and about during the day and quiet at night.

Location is beyond exceptional. Needs to be experienced to be believed
Limited dinner menu of island fare. Excellent lunch menu variety, however.

We needed a place to stay for one night before checking into another hotel. The location is great, right by the beach. The dinner we had at the Restaurant was very good.
The breakfast was underwhelming and the room was not very clean. We thought overall the price was not value for money.

We love ❤️ Aitutaki Village - this was the third time we have stayed there and we will be back again. Wonderful family vibe - and the most magnificent location. This place is truly special.

The ability to wake up and walk less the 50m and be diving into the inner lagoon, the staff were so freindly, so much so that we felt we were leaving new friends behind.

Approximity to the lagoon, Seaview from bedside and on-site restaurant/Island night show and close to lagoon cruise.

Location of the property is brilliant. Owners assistance prebooking and whilst staying was above & beyond. Rooms are basic and comfortable. Restaurant food was really tasty and we loved sunset cocktails. Extra love for the Nu 😀
Could improve on transfers. We asked for two bungalows next to each other. We were given rooms on opposite sides of resort unfortunately. TIP : 3 adults can fit comfortably in one bungalow. Guests from other resorts come and take up all the loungers - we get it as it is the best location on Aitutaki 😁

A wonderful location to stay when visiting Aitutaki. The accommodation was very good and right next to the sandy lagoon which was sensational to swim. There were two restaurants and a cafe within strolling distance and the Lagoon Cruise departed just next door.

Aitutaki Village allowed us to experience the beauty of Ootu Beach first-hand, our bungalow being closest to the lagoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights there, having all our needs + met.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly once we met them. The room was good, if expensive for what it was. The location was great. Aitutaki itself is just incredible and well worth the extra cost to get there. We did a cruise with Te King on day 1 and then Platinum Cruses day 2. Both were great.
The owners very kindly let us have a room for the whole of our second day on the island because we had a night flight back to Raro- this was an excellent bonus!!
Sadly the staff were not friendly at all upon check in so the check in was unwelcoming and also disorganised. They warmed up a little over time, but basically didn't look like they wanted to be there. This was a real shame. We didn't try the restaurant as it was expensive. We had previously had a tour booked with the resort which we were not told was accidentally booked on a public holiday so this messed with our plans, but the owners sorted us another private tour, which, while more expensive, was exceptional- so we were overall happy with how that turned out. It is a LONG way to go and expensive to get there, so to have the cruise booking messed up was annoying. Big ups to Chris from Platinum Cruses ( and owner of the resort) who saved the day by taking us out.

This accommodation sang with surprise and delight! Its so refreshing to have staff and owners alike with such on premise service. They all ensured we could plan our adventures and sightseeing knowing all the local service providers and their specialties - almost tailor made our stay. Nothing was a chore and it was as if the team anticipated your needs.
We thank the team - Annie, Ally, Taina, Chris and Maria for making us feel so welcome and truly like a guest in their paradise. Highly, highly recommended!!

Good size unit and very clean
Maria was very nice and helpful
Luckily, food was available at Boat Shed
Still not up to speed after re-opening but owners sorted problems. Would have been nice to have been notified restaurant was not open, The Island was not open to full service as yet and so very little was happening in respect to tours and places open.
Rather expensive for what was on offer.
Breakfast was self serve off a table of fruit and sliced bread and not really good enough for the $$$ paid

Annie and Maria are absolute gems! We loved how the resort is so small and friendly - we’re not fans of the big busy places. The villas are all stand alone and very spacious – some people have said basic, but hey, it’s Aitutaki, who’s staying inside anyway, it has a fridge for the champagne what more do you need! Super clean, comfortable, fantastic location right on the beach, omg the colour of that water …. Best (and cheapest) Pina Colada I had anywhere. Only downside is that we weren’t there for longer. Thanks for making my birthday so special. Definitely coming back. Soon.
