This guest house is for low budget and provide very good facilities. Guest House owner is so humble.

It's nice basic room but bed sheets n towels were untidy.

Taps in washroom were too tight to open.

Location. In close proximity of Anjuna beach. You can walk to the beach easily provided you are used to walking 1-2km without a fuss.

When we reached staff was not available. We had to literally wait (while trying to reach the owner/manager on phone) for good 15 mins before we could reach the manager for allocation of room. We understand that it's a backpacker stay but we have been to multiple backpacker hostels/hotels previously and we honestly expected better experience. There was ants on bed, lights were broken, commode was broken and leaking water, beds were uncomfortable. Not recommended for someone who wants to experience a decent stay.

The place is very quite and peaceful. You feel connected to nature. The hotel is good as per the price and location. The service is good and friendly people.

The network is very poor near by this over all area. Mobile network or wifi both are as good as not available. Very difficult to work on laptop because of unstable and poor network.

1. Mobile charging points were not working. 2. Next to our Room there was the kitchen so heard a lot of noise and bad smells coming through the window. 3. No reception, no ID proof verification. But they strictly follow the check-in and check out time
