Loud music coming up into the room. Was travelling for work and couldn't get to sleep due to the music and noise. There was no lift to get to the room. Had to try and carry suitcase up stairs.

The beer served downstairs was good. The daily specials were decent value. Cleaning staff were very friendly and were very diligent.

There's no lift, and the hotel rooms are only accessible via a narrow granite staircase. So narrow, that when walking up and down the stairs, I had to carry my luggage in front of me. A fall could prove very dangerous. Also, loud dance music was played even after the restaurant/bar's hours had ceased and could be easily heard in the room. It probably increased in volume afterhours. I understand that licensed venues will have music during opening hours, but it seems pretty unfair to guests to play such loud and repetitive music to the detriment of the accommodation.

noisy floorboards creak terribly bottles from bar being emptied at 630am can everything happening in the next room from toilet habits all night to conversations

Enjoyed the hotel facilities and meals.

A couple of oversights by the cleaning team of our room on 2 occasions. Once staff informed was immediately fixed.

it wasn’t unclean but also wasn’t Pristine. it was above a pub which was a bonus.

the property is not near Adelaide centre at all. the light didn’t work in the bathroom.

I wasnt aware that breakfast was available.

Very steep stairs up to the room. Rooms are a bit dated.

Good location, close to trams. Friendly staff. Hand rail in shower is good to have.
