Room was fantastic

Pools weren't full depth and there was no cover from the sun. Elements of the spa/pool weren't turned on having booked to go down in the morning.

The breakfast i would like a bigger variety. The pool was too small and even out of season overcrowded, couldn’t find an available spot. Didnt like that charge me the breakfast on the arrival without mentioning anything and except that the receptionist said maybe because i book for 2 people breakfast and we were 3. They meant my 1 year old baby that eats baby food only. Anyway the said they will refund me, so we will see.

Very clean and stylish room. The breakfast was really good! Very friendly and helpful staff! I would recommend this place to anyone that is thinking of staying in Palma! Parking wasn't too difficult, just an underground spot up the street.

I would say just a heads up that you can't park outside the hotel unless you are a lucky enough to find a parking spot out front. Also we drove by the place twice because the signage is very subtle so maybe they should make a louder sign.

Everything. Great beds, big room, great motion censored lighting control. Enough towels and toiletries, delicious breakfast. Good pool area (apart from smoking) and music. Lovely staff. Very quiet at night.

Not enough hooks to hang towels.. hook fell off wall. we were below restaurant so heard chairs scraping on floor but not a big deal. Smoking by pool too much.. no sunshade by pool - need parasols.

In the room we loved the shower and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very good at answering requests and booking taxis for us. The roof top pool area was a lovely place to relax and unwind after breakfast. Good location in town too.

Nothing really to dislike. The lifts are quite small and there was no balcony on our bedroom but this can't be helped so I don't really consider this a something to dislike.

staff were very helpful and naturally nice. The view at the pool was fantastic and it is located really close to all highlights. Hire bikes were cheap and the area has a really good accessible route out to the east following the coastline. Lastly, the food was awesome.

My duration of stay 😳

The hotel had a lovely roof terrace and the restaurant was good. But you need to have good weather for the roof terrace. The spa was very small but adequate and ideal when booked just as your own group.

There was no area to sit and relax and read a book. The restaurant was busy and unless you were eating there was no comfortable lounge area. We ended up sitting in our bedrooms mostly when we were not out which was a great shame. The roof terrace was too windy. I would not come here if I did not feel we were going to be out all the time.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel room with jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff at the hotel is really excellent and deserved 5 stars! The food, which you can order in your room, was excellent! Especially the mini burgers! You have to try them. Simply unbelievable. The drinks from the bar were top! The breakfast buffet was small but had a great selection and everything tasted great. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The view from the restaurant is also really unique! Too bad it was too cold to open the side walls. The whirlpool was great and clean. We could see that the whirlpool was refilled for every guest. The hotel has an excellent central location and there is an affordable parking garage a few metres away (across the river). We rented a car and paid about 24 euros per day for the parking. Absolutely reasonable in my opinion. The beds are super comfortable and the pillow selection is also top. The staff immediately fulfilled each of our wishes. We could even write online and a few seconds later a staff member was at the door with the solution for our problem. Now the best: the daily cleaning of the rooms is really excellent. The cleaning is impeccable and everything is replenished. I have rarely experienced such good room cleaning! Really bravo! Dear Nakar Hotel, you have great staff! I would immediately go back to the hotel if I had to visit Mallorca.

The only point which was not so top: the rooms. Our room could have really used some freshening up. There were some wooden parts in the bathroom, which probably got soaked with water over time and looked therefore really not nice anymore. The terrace was also a bit outdated (the sun deck). The room was also rather small. Additionally, the rooms are also a bit noisy. But it is well bearable compared to all the positive aspects.
