The bed is comfortable
There is no fridge, and the room is underground. There is no view at all.

Location was in the outskirts but right next to giant westfield shopping center. Room was clean and modern.
Wifi kept failing. Getting to the hotel was difficult due to lack of signage due to construction. Parking was dangerous as it was very wet and slippery surface with big puddles. Gates to and from parking was inconsistent in working. Room card kept failing resulting in having to go down to re code it.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast
We had to leave early on the day of our check-out. They were not willing to make up breakfast for us as a takeaway. They confirmed that 80% of the breakfast will be set up before we leave. No breakfast were available. They had cereal without milk, no cutlery or juice. I literally had to ask for everything. The guy at reception weren't helpful.
The location is poor. I would not recommend this hotel.

Decent level of everything, as you would expect from a Holiday Inn…
I got a parking ticket because the receptionist girl failed to mention that they had parking garage under the building. Instead, she told me I could park on the side of the road without any problems.. One morning all the cars parked on that side of the hotel were ticketed (more than 10 cars including mine) so I am guessing other misleaded guests were also impacted..

The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day,, providing us with supplies and fresh towels. breakfast is very good. the best thing about this hotel is the staff, very friendly, helpful employees especially Aurelie, she is awesome!
The location, even though it's near the Velizy 2 mall, it's very far from everything else, nothing you can do about this though unless you can move the Eiffel tower closer :)
