Girl at desk wasn't happy or very helpful, all else was good,

I was able to park under cover outside our room and it was quiet and clean inside with all basic necessities.

There was no breakfast as advertised in facilities. No electric blanket on one single bed and no power point for one side of queen bed for that electric blanket

Easy access and very clean

Main road setting so the trucks roaring past at night but the saving grace here was the setup inside with the bathroom facing the front, which kept the noise down. Outside was ok, with undercover parking. Yardwork could do with grass mowing and a tidy up. But there is a bbq area to use. Inside was ok. Beds comfy. Great view outback window. Internet worked. Shower pressure was fantastic. So a great place. Just a little out of town so you can't walk to shops, restaurants etc. Fantastic little town with the Galic history on show. A real surprise. Well done.

A basic motel which is clean and tidy Been here many times over the years but it seems to have been pared back to minimum.

The room was great, my kids really lived the electric blankets on beds. The staff were great. My disappointment of the motel was that the kettle was quite dirty inside and took me a while to clean it out before use The wifi use that can be used was quite poor. I had to use my own hotspot to use and even then it was poor reception. The use of network was high. I enjoyed the area and the town.

Good place for an overnight stay. Friendly staff and all the facilities and amenities required.

This motel is run by people who should not be in the hospitality industry. We booked for three nights and needed to demand that our room be serviced. The advertised free breakfast also had to be demanded. Apart from this the rooms are close to the highway and noisy. We are frequent visitors to Glen Innes and will never stay at the Clansman again.

It was nothing flash, just clean, neat and convenient, which is all a traveller really needs.

did not like the did not refress the tea coffee sugar or soap or towels for the 4 days we were there did not make the beds we sort saying there that long you have your room cleaned once or refressed. breakfast was what ever they had on hand on choice what you had on toast. with just enoft milk for breakfast and 2 cups of tea.

Upon arrival the included free breakfast was not in our room and the manager refused to provide without apology and any hospitality effort. Not what we expected from the other reviews and a long day on the road. To top it off, the previous guest's rubbish hadn't been cleared, giving us hygiene concerns in these COVID times. Overpriced without the breskfast for sure.

This motel is an older one, but it has been renovated to a good standard. The aircon was efficient and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. And it was spotless. A breakfast tray is included in the price, and there is a microwave and toaster. We would certainly stay there again.

We arrived at this hotel and we were given a room with a queen bed only. We booked and paid for a family room through hotels.com. We have 2 children and they advised they couldn’t accommodate us in their family room as they had booked it out. They advised they didn’t have spare beds for our children or mattresses we could put on the floor in the room they gave us. The Clansmen hotel couldn’t give us a refund. We did not stay at this hotel and we’re lucky enough to find somewhere else in Glen Innes that had a family room. We were advised that the computer system booked us in a queen room and they weren’t aware of this being incorrect until we arrived to check in. They were not empathetic at all. We will not book here again.

The Lady at reception was most helpful and the bed was very comfortable; but the cups were not clean and the shower was dreadful,

Great motel, just there for 2 nights and spent most of my time out with friends but I enjoyed the motels comfort and cleanliness as well as the great service.

Friendly and obliging operators. Would recommend to any other travellers who want a nice clean place to lay their head at a very reasonable tariff including breakfast.
