La struttura non è in grado di raggruppare le prestazioni in una sola fattura: amministrativamente è sconveniente per viaggi di lavoro, in quanto al cliente ho dovuto giustificare più fatture per un unico pernottamento. Il costo del posteggio (27.-- CHF per una sola notte) è fuori luogo, in quanto le istruzioni per l'entrata sono arrivate poche ore prima del Check-in e non contenevano indicazioni su come accedere al garage, se non con una telefonata con il supporto clienti. La dimensione della camera non giustifica il costo.

Ulaz u parkig nije pored samog hotela a ne postoje nikakve informacije gde se nalazi. Dobijete samo adresu gde se nalazi. Adresa je ista kao i od hotela. Ali ulaz moze da nadje samo onaj ko zna gde je ili da sidjete u garazu kroz hotel i da trazite odakle se ulazi sa ulice. Komplikovano za pronalazenje ulaza. Nikada nisam video nista slicno. A box za ukucavanje koda za otkljucavanje garaze je neobelezen i veoma je tesko videti ga.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alle notwendigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich neu. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Dank des Aufzugs ist die Wohnung leicht zu erreichen.
Es gibt keinen Empfang, aber der Online-Service konnte meine Anfrage sehr schnell beantworten (es ist ein sehr guter Online-Service). Es ist sehr schwierig, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Gebäudes zu finden. Alle Parkplätze in der Nähe sind privat. Es ist notwendig, einen Parkplatz in der Garage zu mieten. Leider ist das ziemlich teuer.

We got provided with everything we needed, including fresh towels and shampoo, but to our surprise also a bathrub which was so elegant. We were also provided with dish soap and tablets for the dishwasher as well as laundry machine.
It would have been great if we could also be provided with 1-2 laundry machine tablets since travellers would most likely not buy a full laundry detergent.

The room seemed very clean and welcoming.I loved the bathrobe the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner.
They let me stay until 12 for the check out.i truly appreciated it .
The bed or bed sheets were a little itchy for me.

the lock in the toilet door is wrong installed (the sides are confused). Very narrow space in the room, looks like a penal-type apartments in Hong Kong :-)

The building looks new, it has lift and a shared laundry. The main hall design is beautiful, even has a decorated Christmas tree:)
The apartment has a modern design, new furniture, and primary stuff like towels, toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo, all kitchen utilities. In the whole apartment is clean
A shower cabin has mold:(
Another negative experience about my stay - wifi connection got broken in the mid of my stay. Reception office replied me that they are aware of the problem and trying to solve it. But there was no internet 3 more days until the end of my stay.

Simple but perfect room
Password to enter the main door didn’t work at first but then support was solving the issue

Checking in was very convenient using the access code. The was no reception but it was fine communicating by email - I asked to borrow an adaptor which they brought me the next day, super thankful! The kitchen was well-equipped for simple cooking. A bus stop is just outside the building. Overall a good stay.
A bit warm in the room.
