Quite beach front Condo easy walking distance to town.
650 pies cuadrados 2 dormitorios 1 baño Condominio. Ocupación máxima de 3 personas. No fumar en el condominio sin embargo un breezeway justo fuera es una excelente zona de fumadores. La cocina incluye microondas, cafetera, tostadora, nevera, vajilla y utensilios, dispensador de agua de botella de 5 galones y 2 cubas de cocina nuwave con sartenes. Sala de estar incluye TV de pantalla plana con cable y wifi. Área de comedor es una barra de caoba de gran tamaño con capacidad para 4 personas. A. El sistema estéreo grande también incluyó. TV adicional se encuentra en el dormitorio principal. Baño de azulejos tiene ducha grande con asiento de ducha. Carrier aire acondicionado tiene control remoto y cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo con luz. Aparcamiento privado cubierto de coches de golf justo fuera de la puerta. Juan was a great host. Picked us up. The location is close to downtown. Place was clean, ac was ice cold good which was great. Though we had few issues with the bathroom lights and hot water. Juan was on hand to fix every time he was called. Would stay there again.

This property offers a wonderful location right on the water and right in town. YYou won't miss out on anything here, and every morning you can start your day with a walk on the beach.
It was difficult to communicate with the owner before I checked in, but once I was there, the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Was very happy with the location and arrived with ease as the owner Bob met us at the airport in his golf cart to take us to our rental. Bob was very informative of the condo and how to work things, also the restaurants and bars within walking distance to us.
Bob was prompt to help us with our needs and questions. Highly recommend this rental for it's cleanliness and comfort. We brought a small mixer for girly drinks and tea kettle. Would recommend getting a wine corkscrew however we were very accommodated with fresh towels, washcloths and even beach towels. We were able to take our chairs over to Ramon's resort to use their beach for swimming.

The Good
Location is fabulous the property fronting right onto the beach at the south end of town. It is not an ocean view property. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants,dive shops, beach bars. Who could ask for anything more?
Bob is a lovely attentive host who even took us on a tour in of the Island one day in his golf cart stopping at his favourite local restaurant and a few other cool places.
Bob also picked us up at the water taxi and dropped us at the airport on our way home.
The AC and fans rock!
The not so good.
The place is dated and did not meet my wife’s very high expectations as to overall cleanliness.
The place lacks a stove but has 2 very good induction cooktops that work well however, if you plug in both on high at the same time into the provided power bar it trips the breaker in the power bar. A simple fix was to plug one into another outlet to keep cooking.
All and all good value for the $’s.

Robert met us at the airport-we were friends before I left the island, an excellent person who cares about your vacation on San Pedro. The location was perfect, near downtown activities, secluded and on the beach, very enjoyable, thanks Robert!

Bob was great to pick us up & deliver us to water taxi. I would do all stars, but we had lukewarm/cold showers the whole time & then construction started 2 days before we left. . .

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal for exploring San Pedro. Walking distance to water taxi, restaurants, and right on the beach! Apartment was clean, fully stocked, and the host (Bob) went above and beyond for us. His communication was great, helped us get around, provided recommendations, and generally just a cool dude. If we get back to the island we will definitely stay here again.

Bob is a very nice and knowledgeable man. His place is nice and suited us just fine. He is right smack on the beach and right where you want to be to explore the town of san pedro. Thx Bob for a great affordable nice and clean place for our stay. If your not wanting to pay a fortune you need to stay here. I must mention JoJo, she is a neighbor and such a great lady, she also has alot knowledge of the area. We will stay again at Bobs place when we go back and we will definitely be visiting again. Bob thank you so much for all you do to make your renters feel welcome.

Perfectly located on the island. I enjoyed the best of both worlds. A quiet resident with a quiet beach just feet away from the property and stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, gulf cart rental and water taxi just yards away. Property is very clean and the kitchen comes with any appliances you can imagine and an incredible air conditioning unit. I strongly recommend staying here.

Great location if you are looking to walk around San Pedro. We walked everywhere with the exception of renting a golf cart for a day to visit secret beach. Some reviews had concerns about a lack of patio or view. We didn’t find that an issue, as the property is right on the beach with a dock. Bob was great about picking us up from our flight and also dropping us off at the water taxi on the way out.

Nice condo and well furnished and equipped. Some beautiful wood work on the doors and in the kitchen. It is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and tour operators. Only a few minutes walk to almost anything you need.
Working with the owner and property managers was good. Bobby came in his golf cart and picked us up at the airport then returned us when we departed. Provided a good intro to the unit and the area.
The only drawback is that it is dark. The condo is not facing the ocean (which we knew). The building is hemmed in on both sides by other buildings. With the layout of the buildings, it makes this condo quite dark during the day even on sunny days. We were not there most days, so it was not a big issue. When we were there, we took the provided chairs and sat out in the front yard overlooking the ocean. Beautiful view. There is also a pier where you may sit with a great breeze.

This is a lovely place to stay in San Pedro. It is convenient, safe, and walkable to just about everything in the town of San Pedro (including restaurants, grocery stores, the airport, and snorkeling-excursion boat docks). Walking along the beach to the north or south was our favorite way to get around. Renting a golf cart was not necessary.
Bob, our host, was so great! He was kind enough to pick us up at the water taxi dock at the beginning of the stay, and to drop us off at the end of the stay in his golf cart. He even left a huge jug of drinking water for us. We really appreciated that touch. This has been one of our favorite places to stay, over the course of our world travels. Thank you so much to Bob and Yasmin!

This place was in a great location-close to everything and right on the beach. Just a short walk from the airport, water taxi, and lots of restaurants. It’s also right around the corner from a grocery but still tucked away enough to feel private. Quick response from hosts and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend!

This property is very convenient to everything in San Pedro. We especially appreciated the spaciousness, the covered golf cart parking and the plentiful supply of filtered water. Kitchen is very well equipped! Only drawback was that there was no view from inside the condo. A bit like living in a cave. But the price was reasonable!
