There were too many animals allowed. I thought there would be small pets and companion animals. There were huge dogs growling at the elevators . The smell of large pets is less than desirable in a hotel

Breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. Staff was constantly tending to the serving area, cleaning, refilling, assisting guest, etc. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. Great customer service.

From our room, and according to conversations of others staying on the 17th floor, the clicking of elevator cables is very loud and disruptive. There was a constant clicking and sounds similar to banging on pipes through the walls. The response time for elevators to the 17th floor could be up to 10 minutes at times so we had to plan ahead a minimum of 15 minutes just to get to the main floor of the hotel in order to meet our scheduled activities and departures. I requested a vacuum service to be told they don’t offer vacuuming in the rooms for reservations less than a full week. I was told to use the crappy broom and dustpan located in the bathroom closet. I offered to pay an extra fee for the service and was still denied. In the dining area, the trash cans filled quickly, overflowed and needed to be cleared more often than they were. Trash piles spilled over the trash can lids and onto neighboring tables preventing them guests from sitting down to enjoy their meals.

The staff could be better mannered. My requests were not met and were rudely refused.

The location.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed. Water from the shower is ruining the door and splitting the wood. This is not a good look for a hotel that is practically new.

We always stay here when we bring our fur baby Micheal. We love it. It's always a great time.

This time booking or hotel services online or me got our room wrong. I thought it was gonna be ocean front not a Sideview. We paid good money to stay here. Well they were willing to fix our room but we had to pay more. I didn't change rooms bc we already paid enough. But the wording is misleading on booking .com. next time Ill book it thru something else.
