Beautiful, stylish and a great location

The apartment was fantastic, easy to find, central, clean, spacious, comfortable… this list goes on. The host was also extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend highly.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The location is ideal and centrally situated for sightseeing and restaurants, cafes etc. Even though it's in a shopping area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. Great communication with the staff regarding check in, information etc, always very friendly and helpful and reply straight away. Access is by door code so no chance of losing the key ! Would definitely recommend these apartments. We could not fault anything !

Nothing ! Even the weather was perfect !

The property allowed early check-in, and the self-check-in process was simple and problem-free. The location of the property was excellent, on a side street off Carrer del Sindicat, which is a main shopping street with many dining options. It's also extremely close to the Plaça Major, with even more cafes and restaurants as well as a small Christmas market that had already started during our visit. The flat was spacious, well laid out and well provisioned, and the staff were helpful when we needed to know how to operate the heating control and the electric hob. We didn't interact much face-to-face with our hosts, but everything was handled efficiently via WhatsApp.

Nothing to complain about at all. We'd consider booking Can Rubi again on our next visit to Palma.

Excellent and central location, modern, great support from staff.

We were a group of 5 and for that many people it was not spacious - but we managed well and still had a great time!

The property is located in a very convenient location to walk to all the points of interest in Palma old town. Close to public transport. Clean and tidy

A minor dislike was that there was no lift. we were in a loft apartment on 6th floor, taking luggage up the flights of stairs was a little strenuous but the manager was very gracious and helped carry the luggage up the stairs
