Breakfast was always delicious, I needed light things for a fussy stomach and the staff were so helpful. Soup for breakfast or even a plate of fruit with yogurt, or full breakfast was easy and quick and the coffee was always fresh. But, if you're not used to "local places" you might not be as happy, but we love this little hotel and the excellent value for our money.

Sometimes was a little noisy between other guests coming in late, but earplugs work just fine. The bar does play music until 10pm but never late in the night.

30 minutes away walking distance from the center. staff was available 24/7. laundromat close by.

Traveler's beware ! I came in to town for day of the dead festival, stayed here a total of 5 days. It was the only reasonable price and closest to centro but travelers beware , don't let the hotel pictures fool you . When I arrived to my room Day #1 , the sheets were clean & bed was made but the walls were dirty /finger prints /dirt & stains . The carpet has a huge Iron burn in it but the rooms doesn't provided a Iron , carpet has several stains though out , water damaged cabinets and Toilet doesn't flush properly. Day #2 I called the hotel manager to inform him about the toilet issue , he said he would come up , 30mins later we hadn't seen or heard from him . I called again , this time he hung up on me. Now 40 mins later he shows up and he came in and took a look and he said " your toilet is clogged " I informed him it's been like that . Ask him to fix it please and he replied " I don't know " and walked out , never seen or heard from him again . I had to call house keeping to unclog toilet, which they didn't have a plunger and had to use a toilet bowl brush . Called BOOKING.COM and they weren't any more helpful , I was told they would send an email . Wish I would have booked somewhere else but the entire city was booked up

I chose this hotel specifically for the parking. We were going to be in the City overnight with our large 15 passenger van, with things we'd already purchased. The parking lot is big, plenty of room for us to pull in, turn around and back into a spot. I don't think the gate is actually closed at night, but I didn't think it would need to be. It's walled in and there are cameras. When we checked in the clerk didn't actually talk to us at all. Well, we started with a woman who was nice and welcoming, then a man came and took over and he didn't even say our room number, much less describe where it was located or offer to show us our room, or even just say "good evening". The rooms are all centered around a hallway that overlooks the lobby. It's very noisy. You hear everything in the halls. Thankfully we were not there during a busy time. The curtains are not light blocking, the hallway lights are motion sensitive, so anyone walking down the hall turns on the light right outside your window. The room is exceptionally small. There is a full sized bed and barely enough room to walk between the bed and the desk or wardrobe. The floor is carpeted, which I appreciate when there is no heater. The shower was fantastic, plenty of hot water and fabulous pressure. The room was very clean, although a bit worn.

We'd likely stay again if only for the ease of parking a big vehicle
