Such a central location. So close to shopping areas, grand place, and Ancienne Belgique which was the purpose of my trip. Amazing room with exceptional service. And the lobby is very spacious and has lots of seating where we could wait for our room to be ready (it was ready slightly earlier than advertised at 2pm which is a bonus). We got to stay in a high floor city view room (which was possibly a free upgrade although I’m not sure but definitely appreciative of) which had an amazing view. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable.

Some dust here and there. Two of the towels had a stain and long hair in them so we just got fresh ones. Nothing major and this didn’t impact our stay.

Excellent service, excellent location. Greeted by attentive staff who then proceeded to upgrade us for our Honeymoon.

The room was only serviced once during our 5 night stay. We could have followed this up ourselves but often found we were out and about.

Scaffolding up the front of the hotel. Shower and bath very difficult to use the shower screen did not move so it was very awkward and dangerous to get in and out of the bath. The water to the shower was erratic and I had to have a cold shower on the last morning. The complimentary tea and coffee supplies were not sufficient. The coffee mug did not fit under the pod coffee machine. I had to ask for an extra blanket

loved it. it has great service, the food was amazing as well.

Чудовий сервіс, не має черг на ресепшн. Розташування прекрасне. Ресторан на 0 поверсі порадував смачними стравами, особливо мідії були дуже смачні, я замовляла їх щодня. Сніданки були гарні. Ціни не дуже високі в порівнянні з іншими столицями.

В номері було трошки жарко. Не було халатів. Ліфт працював досить дивно, то зупинявся на кожному поверсі, то їхав на той поверх, який натиснули останнім.

The shower gel was empty however I had carried mine own so was not much of a problem,thankfully.

Trop de monde et pas suffisamment de personnel à l’accueil les jours d’arrivées. Le manque d’information sur le restaurant, la majoration du petit déjeuner en chambre… Pas d’escalier ouvert aux visiteurs, l’ascenseur est imposé, seulement 3 pour tout l’hôtel, c’est peu, l’attente est infernale.

The staff was so helpful and friendly from the time we checked in till we left. The room was so comfortable and the location was just what we wanted … so close to the Grand Place. I would definitely like to stay there again.

Breakfast was disappointing. Below average with no variety. The issue with the parking should be resolved. In general a very nice business hotel but not at all value money. You pay the location.

I was completely dissatisfied with the reaction of the management of the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place to the root cause of the problems enountered during our stay, i.e. the dishonnest replies received in my preceding phonecall with the hotel and the misleading/incomplete information included in the subsequent e-message of the hotel about (i) the ongoing works resulting in blocked roads and difficulties to reach the hotel and (ii) the situation of the parking: 1. The management did not consider at all the resulting considerable delay and the fact that I had to cancel an important dinner. Had I been informed correctly by the hotel about the consequences of the works, I would have travelled much earlier in order to have a buffer and arrive on time for my appointment. 2. The management did simply refer the problem with the parking (damage of a rim of my car) to my own insurance and the owner of the garage although although none of us was responsible for the wrong information. Had I been informed correctly by the hotel about the narrow width of the ramps, I would have not used the parking. In this context, I draw attention to the fact that other hotels in Brussels provide correct information about the difficulties caused by works and the situation of their parking. Despite numerous e-mails and reminders, the management did not organise the video-meeting proposed by itself to discuss the issues described above and did not present the promised proposal to address the related problems. These facts show a clear lack of good business conduct.

Parkeren onder het hotel

Dat er weinig vertrouwen was. Er werd achter mij aangezeten om een paar rekeningetjes uit de bar. Het voelde alsof ik een crimineel was. Ook dat er geen woord Nederlands wordt gesproken en dat er geen Nederlandse zenders op tv zijn. Terwijl Brussel in Vlaanderen ligt. Heel slecht voor een internationaal hotel dat de basiswaarden vergeet; vertrouwen, klantvriendelijkheid, en gastvrijheid. Daarbij ik had een kamer voor 3 personen besteld, het derde bed werd na veel aandringen van mij om 9 uur savonds gebracht.

Snídaně byly velmi chutné, pestré. Každý si mohl vybrat dle svých referencí. Čerstvé ovoce, saláty, výborná šunka, klasická evropská snídaně.

Chybí další kávovar, tvořily se fronty na kávu a čaj. Také vaflovač by se hodil ještě jeden, opět se tvořily fronty. Personál se snažil, jen organizace někdy vázla při sklízení nádobí a opět nanesení čistého.
