-SCAM ALERT- None of the facilities and services that mentioned on the website was available during the timeslot of our stay. The most Important for us was the EV Charging Station, since we were traveling with an electric car from Greece to Bansko. It was of crucial importance to find a hotel with an EV Station on the provided services/facilities. And of course the most of the times these hotels are not on the lowest price comparing them with other hotels that serving only the basics. This is why we choose this hotel for our stay in Bansko. Prior to our online reservation we have called the hotel to confirm us that the EV Station exists and is working properly. Which is done from the hotel. During our arrival we realized that the Charging Station that is installed is not under European standards and there was no certification (e.g.: ABB Class, Verittas Class, etc.). The plug was under American/Japan standards. Almost none of the cars that are going to visit this hotel can use this type of charger. Since the plug is not available in Europe. The Staff was unable to find us a solution on this. They lift us to the nearest Charging station (10km away)using a Staff's cmember car AND THEY REQUEST MONEY FROM US. Of course we denied to do that since it was not our false. The only facility that was available during our stay was the ping pong table which was used for a couple of hours. The behavior of the staff was not the appropriate after the continues complain from our side. FOR SURE THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A HOTEL. Please stay away of this hotel.

I am writing to share my extremely unpleasant experience with my stay at Local Stay. When we arrived the rooms were not prepared for guests. The air had a stale smell, the rooms were from the sunny side, there were no windows open or air conditioning and was maybe around 40 degrees Celsius inside. The windows of the rooms had no mosquito nets and every night we had to choose between being eaten by flys and mosquitoes or staying awake because of the heat (see the past forecast for the temperatures during our stay). The rooms 26B anf 27B were on the first floor. The view was towards the roof and chimney of the restaurant from the one side and towards the vent of the restaurant from the other (and a pinch of mountain and no garden with pool at all). This was especially frustrating after the 6-hour drive from Yambol to Local Stay. There was no kitchenware at disposal in the room. After demanding such at the reception we were given one frying pan and one pot both with bottom as thin as possible (suitable for children play but not for cooking) and one plastic stirrer. The frying pan started to smoke immediately after being put on the hot plate and the stirrrer stuck and melted as soon as it touched the pan. The receptionist explained that they do not have any other kitchenware to offer because the policy of the hotel was to encourage the consumption in the restaurant. There were no bathtubs in the rooms. From the staff in the restaurant only 2 members knew Bulgarian. The others tried to speak to us in Russian (I suppose) and did not knew even English. The wall between the sleeping room of me and my girlfriend and the one of my 2 brothers was made from gypsum planes and there was practically no audible isolation which did not allow any intimate activities (and it would have been even worse if strangers were in the other room). We were even able to hear our conversations word by word through the wall.

Very good breakfast, I like the a la carte option very much. Local stay staff was very very polite and helpful, even by special wishes. Such a smartly planned facility and so nice and interesting guests. We had amazing time while my mom was able to work every day. We will come back surely! Highly recommend. Used the pool facilities as day guests of the hotel Pirin Golf just over the street (additional fee) this was a welcome add on.

The property is newly renovated in a modern and cosy way. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were super helpful, well-mannered and pleasant. The Thai restaurant is worth the visit.

great staff, good breakfast, restaurant was awesome, everything we tried was delicious and we eat there 90% of the time. PS5 console, board games, table tennis. fitness is poor, yet it has enough to do some exercises. Room was awesome and had a stunning view, very spacious apartment. massage service is good.
