It's a nice little hotel, perfect for overnight stay. Good location, basics covered well.

Room was much bigger than my expectation and it has a big bath tube.

There was no coffee machine or anything to eat.

Room was clean and it was pretty easy to reach. A few minutes away from Frankfurt Central Station. Hotel seemed to be under reforms or something like that. Breakfast area was not available and Frigo bars were not working.

The bathroom was clean and had hot water. Had a balcony for smoking. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Near the main station.

The room wasn't clean. Found bottles under my bed. The balcony had a lot of cigarette buts everywhere.

The location is good as it is close to the Messe and facilities to go to the city center

The cleanesse is very bad. Almost everyday we have to ask for the bath towels. There is no breakfast and the dinning room is inactive. I lost the plastic key of the room and they made me pay 20€ to get another plastic key!!!! I do not suggest the hotel to anybody and I won´t use it again

No pot for hot water in the room. The refrigerator was not so clean and old.

I would highly recommend this hotel, I've stayed in 3 or 4 hotels near Frankfurt Hbf and truly this is the best one. Everything is super clean and organized once you get to your room and there's plenty of space it doesn't feel crammed.

Our window was pointed directly at several apartment buildings and even though we closed the thick curtain it felt a little bit unpleasant.

The location of the hotel isn't that far from the Frankfurt main Station. We also found the room was clean and tidy.

We stayed in the hotel just over 7hrs. Basically we checked in just to sleep at night and left very early to catch our flight. But, it would have been nice if the breakfast was included with the booking. Other than this, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The location was good for my needs. Room was a good size, and had everything we needed. We really liked the bed and pillows. Parking was available in the back of property for an extra fee but it was very tight.

I had specifically ordered a room with a balcony in advance. When I checked in there seemed to be confusion at the front desk and I was then told there were no more rooms with a balcony available. This was at 3pm which is the earliest possible check in time listed. When I asked about the difference in price of the rooms they told me there was none which I found hard to believe.They don't have any coffee available for guests and their breakfast room is an open storage area. There is a need for better organization at this hotel but you are able to get a good night's sleep here.
