Historic quaint feel. View from our room balcony was surreal. Nice bath/shower. Great piano player and small bar.

Our twins beds did not fit together. This was a hindrance to romance. No TV.

No hot water for our entire stay in our room. Really thin small duvet for winter for 2 people to share so we woke up during the night cold. Hair dryer did not work at all. Had to go to another room on another floor to shower.

It was on a main street so it was loud all the time. It got too stuffy so if we opened the windows, we would hear the street too much. Bathroom is very small.

our first room stank our second room was messy, but the staff were alright about it and helped us change room. no adapters work on the rooms. the toilet door is seethrough. the sweets at the front desk stain your tongue.

Good location and nice, modern rooms. The price for the room was rather low for Zürich. Friendly staff.

Not all staff was fluent in German. The elevator did not work (they apparently had to wait due to long delivery times) and the bathroom seemed rather cold. Also, I had a regular, small room instead of the superior room upgrade I was given in booking.com.

second stay at this hotel. in more than three months they failed to repair the broken elevator. one of the main reason to book this hotel for my elderly parents was accessibility. we were not informed that the elevator still wasn't working. again no alternative for the room in the second floor was given. staff only speaks English. hard to communicate with them for elderly people. light in the hallway was broken too and room was cold.

Staff were nice. Parking is free. The room is quite spacious with full length mirror and hairdryer.

Its 30 mins walk to the center which shouldn't be a problem if you take public transport.

The room is small but clean and nice with comfy beds. But the only issue is that the elevator has not been working for over 6 months and our room was on the 3rd floor. But the staff were helpful and carried our luggage.

Great location. Trams just 2 minutes from the hotel to reach city center and train station.. Friendly staff. The room had everything I needed.

None of the two elevators worked. Soft pillows but it is a personal preference IFor the price I didnt expect pillow selection.

pretty view from the balcony, you could seperate the beds & bathroom was well equipped. coffee & tea provided.

hair on the bathroom walls, no aircon (but the window worked just not as night as mosquitos went wild), wasn’t allowed to use utensils for food.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. the rooms are nice and the balcony is lovely! totally recommend

Room was clean, good size and fresh ambience. Receptionist at checking was very hospitable, even gave map for the area; highlighting transportation, restaurants, shopping areas and places of interest. Location was prefect!!! Good link to getting to all the different places, easy access to food areas etc. Decent breakfast selection.

Bathroom was a bit on the small side.

The location is good, you have basically the tram station in front of your door.

The Wifi is very weak and went down a lot.
