Breakfast was great with good food and great selection. The pool was nicely sized with good bar facilities and great bar food.

This hotel is a must visit when on the island of Ischia!! If you are a foodie you are in luck, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is one of the best we’ve ate in all of Italy. The staff and service in the hotel were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful.

the hotel is beautiful- the gardens are lovely, the whole place smells like jasmine, the staff are very helpful and really nice. I LOVED my balcony but wish I’d had abit more furniture on it so I could really make use of it! The spa was great, location really near everything and easy to get around the island.

There are two points I would mention and neither made me even vaguely upset. The pool is beautiful but could do with a freshening up, it’s a touch tired. The showers in the room -even if you are teeny tiny, thin are SO small. It was tricky doing the basics! lol!

Stayed here many years ago and loved it. It has had a facelift and looks lovely. Updated rooms and reception plus rooftop restaurant and a la crate breakfast instead of a buffet. All very good.

The pool area first thing in the morning still had glasses and peoples left over towels from previous evening lying around. This was never a problem many years ago, pool area was always immaculate first thing in the morning.

Well kept gem of a hotel. Staff was great, breakfast was good, and the restaurant was really excelllent

the hotel is old and the rooms are absolutly not soundproof. A crying baby woke us up 7 am every morning and 8.30 came the cleaning staff chatting trough the corridors.

the room smelled like sewer and toxic cleaning products. the spa was very chlorinated and not natural. you had to make an appointment to use the terme. the restaurant was pretentious and required a reservation. I made one and dined by myself there was no one else in there. it was very uncomfortable and made me feel lonely rather than easy

Some basics have additional fees such as towels for the spa and these are not provided at the wellness center but at the front desk (a bit inconvenient).

The staff is amazing, they're super kind and make you feel at ease at any moment. The hotel is a small building, very well kept, clean and nice. It has an outside pool with a nice solarium and it's near a beach. There's also a small spa that you can use for a daily session. Also, you can walk to the small historical centre of Ischia Ponte in 5 mins.

The walls are a probably quite thin, so you end up hearing other people in rooms and corridor quite well.

The professional friendly team at Durrueli, the stunning views, the perfect location and gorgeous rooms with terrace, the spa facilities, and the spectacular food and service at Araganese Ristorante (thank you Ottorino!).

I couldn't make the first night because of a storm which cancelled all boats from Naples. I was not offered a refund.

Excellent location and nice spa. However all jacuzzi’s were not working.

The temperature in room could not be controlled by customer. Had to go to front desk to have air conditioning turned on.

Overpriced drinks. We would have appreciated some information about the restaurant/ bar / spa treatments in our room- a menu with opening times and how to book. Very little information at check in, so we only found out about the spa through other guests. Really nice touch to get to use it privately for free each day. 20mins to Porto area 10mins to Ponte we adore the location as you could easily get to both on foot

The rooms need updating My husband enjoyed his meal in the restaurant however very limited choice for a vegetarian the restaurant was quite expensive. I was disappointed when I asked for butter to be told Madam you are not allowed butter at the table in an elegant restaurant like this ?. Given the fact the bill came to £200 and that I only had one choice of meal as a vegetarian I thought the refusal was poor customer service. No choice at all for Vegans

the hotel staff were reserved but very, very helpful. they rooms were comfortable and the rooms were kept cool with AC. room had a long mirror, terrace, and a large safe. shower had hot water and each room had the ability to book a private session at the spa. very close walking to the port and beaches. very nice restaurant.

the Wi-Fi didn’t work. the connection was weak and inconsistent. they had a inside piano bar but never make use of it to entertain the guests. that could have been a nice touch to encourage guest to buy drinks while listening to music

Breakfast was delicious and Staff were extremely friendly.

Lovely hotel in great location. Very helpful reception staff and Naomi and Enrico assisting with booking restaurants and taxis. Otto, restaurant manager also recommended other good local places. Mario at the pull so friendly and helpful.

very noisy rooftop restaurant with no proper sound proofing of rooms just below - very bad and staff showing no understanding of the issue when confronted with my complaint on the night

Well I asked help to customers service but no help was given. Showers no clean Internet was not working from our room and this caused issues to my work They chamois water that we didn’t drink plus they tried also to charge us an aperitif on the terrace that we never did

the check in was suppose to be after 12 pm but they only managed to give us the room after 3 pm , they invited us to wait a the bar , by the pool , but it was a very long wait
