Very quiet, spacious, friendly.

WiFi only works in the common areas. Also some of the spa facilities were not working.

The location was excellent, plenty to see within easy walking distance. The hotel is set in a lovely natural park/ woodland district. We walked from the Hydrofoil port to the hotel, a nice gentle 15 minute walk. Ischia has a good bus service all over the island. The bus station is minutes from the ferry port at Ischia port, next to the yellow church. From the hotel head down to Ischia ponte and the impressive Costello Aragonese. You can spend hours walking around discovering the many terraces , gardens, ancient buildings with breathtaking views, with abundant shady areas to sit and admire it all. There is a coffee shop with an ideal terrace. At Ischia ponte there is a good selection of eating places, bars etc. Plenty of tasteful independent shops to browse. The hotel has a geothermal heated swimming pool, wonderful! And an abundantce of geo heated hot water ! The rooms were tasteful decorated, an excellent sized terrace with views over the gardens. The quality and variety of the meals were outstanding.

The staff, the hotel the location the swimming pool the garden the room. All excelent.

That I can not stay longer

Quite close to town centre

Air-conditioning not available until 1pm, there was a heatwave on. Soap dispenser damaged in bathroom. Cleaning left a bit to be desired. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. A bit dated. Beds not very good.

Friendly and super helpful reception desk, fantastic location & very clean room.

Short opening times for meals

This is our 2nd visit and we'll be going back next year. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and the location is great. Great menu choice and no repeats in the 9 nights we were there. Had an early transfer for our return and breakfast was ready for us at 05.15. The transfer to the airport by taxi, boat and taxi is an experience in itself and sunrise was well worth the early start. The views are simply spectacular
