the location and views are spectacular very nice beach

our bathroom was very small. it was hard to get in out of shower and use the bidet the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable

The location is perfect, virtually on the beach and with excellent restaurants, lidos and bars close by. The view of the beach from our room was postcard-perfect. The pools, one large external pool and an internal heated pool were great for relaxation but, as we were notified in advance, they close at the end of October. Breakfast was almost too good; the breakfast buffet had everything you might want (including prosecco) and, if you wanted anything else you just had to ask. Coffee was great - almost Napolitan. The local bus system is great, and a visitor to Ischia should take the bus through Fontana (worth stopping there for lunch overlooking the coast).

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was excellent with very good selection of items.

Hotel was basic but cute, great location, lots close by for wandering too.

Wouldn’t recommend if you have a bad back, bed wasnt the most comfortable. Also the internet couldn’t stream Netflix so maybe save some stuff before you go

Owner barked at us when we arrived for using the wrong door to get into the hotel. There wasn't signage that showed what he wanted. Charging $5 for a pool towel is a bit much each. That's $5 each. Bathroom could be cleaner. It's old.

The hotel is in a great location, and has friendly and professional staff. The pool was perfect to cool off or we could walk straight down to the beach in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable and we loved the balcony looking out over the ocean. Breakfast was also incredible!

great location. the pool and roof top sun terrace with hot tub (it was cold which was great) was so convenient. Staff were so friendly and super helpful especially when I found that I arrived with a suitcase that was not mine! only went for breakfast one morning but it was very good. Super clean and rooms were of a very generous size. would definitely stay again

+ Excellent location , on the beach and easy access to many restaurants and shops + Easy access to buses to go round the island , or walk to ferry at Ischia Porto (there are 2 ports in the island so make sure you get a ferry to Ischia Porto + Large pool and covered thermal pool + Beach bars in front + Excellent breakfast - eggs, meats, cheese, breads, tomatoes, juices, coffees, croissants, fruit, pastries & tarts + Spa tub on roof and beauty spa available on site +very friendly and helpful staff - everyone we met so a big thank you for an excellent stay (of 5 nights)

- Spa tub on roof was not clean during our stay - mattress was old style and a but worn and firm but this is common in Italy

The location was not bad at all. The hotel was relatively centrally located.

The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. The room was okay, small but relatively clean. The bed was absolutely awful, and accompanied by airplane pillows The towels given were not only like sandpaper but we’re all stained. The hotel also nickel and dimes you for things like towels and access to the thermal pool.

Katia worked the front desk and was just lovely...more than accommodating and kind. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea and the view was spectacular. The beds were comfy and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was walking distance to the shops, restaurants and buses. We absolutely loved Ischia and if we return, we will stay there again.

Everything and everyone!! So kind stuff; everyone was very kind and tried to help! Breakfast great for Italy; Dinner - top menu very nice located good for children

the beds are kind of hard for me but I guess that is very personal in General - no complains would love to go back there soon again

staff super friendly and helpful, both at the reception and the hall. they let us delay our check out of 1h with no issues. breakfast offered enough choices and the emploees prepared us additional eggs as they were finished when we arrived. room confortable and spacious, nice view on the sea and a small balcony. bathroom also very clean with comfortable shower. the spa was ok, not huge but offered finnsh sauna, thermal bath and jacuzzi and a small walking path with cold and hot water. everything was very clean

everything was good,minor comments only. the spa is ok but there are spas offering a bit more ( eg no turkish bath). the decoration of the room not really my style. breakfast lacked fruit( though it was winter time ) and juices were not very tasty.
