L'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, à l'écoute et très arrangeant
J'avais réservé une chambre lit double, et l'hôtel m'a prévenu qu'il y avait eu un surbooking, qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible en lit double, et m'a affecté une chambre à 2 petits lits, mais m'a facturé le prix initial du lit double, d'un montant supérieur à la chambre aux 2 lits simples, et qu'il ne pouvaiit pas faire autrement.

La gentillese du personnel
Le petit dejeuner, franchement il y a de moins en moins de choix , soutout pour des personnes qui ne peuvent pas manger du sucree, et les jus de fruits en Machine alors qué avant ont pouvait se presser les oranges directement, le souper a 21h plu de frites pour acompañer le hanburger donc des legumes surgelees qué ont a recu. Je ne suis pas de acord
alors qué ont vous apelle 4 heures avant pour vous demamder si vous allez souper l'hotel ou pas.

Convenient location for car travellers. Gates around the hotel are closed for night. The hotel has a restaurant (although we didn't use it). Staff members were friendly.
I'm not sure if the bathroom heater worked although I pressed the button to activate it (maybe I should've pressed couple of times)

The room was noisy and very cheap. Small bed and the air conditioner was broken (in the whole hotel) so it was to hot to sleep. The staff said while checking in “the air conditioning is broken but that’s no problem, the rooms are cool”. Very bad value for to much money!

We were told we’d have two adjacent rooms and this was confirmed by the hotel a few days before our arrival. When we arrived we were told we could not have adjacent rooms.

Room was well equipped and very clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of food. Evening meal was ok but LaTaverna, a nearby restaurant, is very good

Very good location for overnight stop en route to/from Spain, close to the motorway but very quiet location. Clean, well taken care of, dog was allowed here. Nice bathroom for a hotel in this category. Breakfast was a good deal, good offerings.

Location - secure parking
When we booked we said we had a dog and requested ground floor, as we have done in the past.
When we arrived, we were told that there were two rooms available - 1st floor with a sewage problem or 2nd floor (which we chose).
They gave us a discount.

Good value, good location if travelling by the motorway.
Breakfast was a bit odd. They offered Cereals but there were no bowls. Despite three requests no bowls were forthcoming. I had to pick up a dirty bowl and insist they washed it up!! They reluctantly did so.....

Good value for money, comfortable , easily accessible and works well as on overnight stop. We had to change our dates at short notice and the hotel dealt with this well.
The restaurant was closed the evening we were there ,however the hotel did ring us a couple of days before to tell us.
