Loved everything. Sam was a brilliant host. Won't hesitate to book again next time we visit Weymouth. Cannot rate breakfast as we didn't have it but it smelled delicious!

One slight niggle, some noise from guest room doors slamming at times.

The host was extremely welcoming, and very friendly. It was my partners birthday on day of arrival, a bottle of prosecco and x2 glasses were in the room ready. It was a lovely touch.

Great location, lovely clean room with all that we needed. Great that we could check in before lunch, leave our stuff and head out for the afternoon. Breakfast was simply the best, cooked for us and our host gave us a couple of good places to visit that day. We really like Weymouth and all that it offers. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked in primarily for the price and location for a one night stay, which for us was perfect. The host was friendly, welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had. Our room was very clean and comfortable with nice touches like tea and coffee making facilities etc. Breakfast was tasty (full english) and more on offer if you fancy. It is a central location so parking is a premium but the host has this sorted by offering free parking in two of the car parks in Weymouth. We stopped outside the guest house briefly to check in and drop off our bags. We chose the Swannery car park (5/10 minute walk from the guest house) due to location to town and the RSPB nature reserve which we wanted to explore (worth a walk around, doesn't take long, 30/40 minutes on gravelled pathways). It's a very large car park, plenty of room for our van. Perfect stay for us, thank you.

Sam was great and the breakfast was fantastic value for money. clean and practical room.

We were on the top floor and it was a little awkward with the ceiling being low in places, in particular the bathroom.

Everything, clean and well furnished. Very comfortable and the host was great, friendly and helpful. Food was perfect and the location was good. But it was the little touches, such as party poppers left in our room for New Years party.

The room was very small (roughly a small double bed + 50cm at all sides). No chairs. Does not meet the standards of any other 4 (or 3)* hotel I've ever used Free parking nearby was not met: it's a 15 minute walk (one way)

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was well equipped and clean. Tea making facilities included. Room was light and airy, nice big windows to open if needed. Breakfasts were delicious and lots of it!
