Everything, warm welcome, great host, nothing was too much, we had an early start and they made a breakfast hamper for us, would...sorry will stay again. Awesome location for walks.

Giggleswick is an attractive village and it was a pleasant walk into Settle town centre and railway station. The hotel is a fine, old stone building. Parking was convenient and free. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom reasonably large, with a bath. The breakfast choice was pretty good, with a vegan option, and the food was very well cooked. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although the room was comfortably furnished, the wallpaper and decoration was looking a little tired. As were the spaces around the exterior of the hotel, which is basically a pub with rooms. A fairly minor, but easily rectifiable issue: the hotel did not provide any green or peppermint tea or similar, either in the rooms or at breakfast.

Fresh milk for tea/coffee provided in small bottles, also water and orange juice provided for guests in a communal small fridge - Excellent touch, much appreciated! Free parking onsite. Very tasty, good value and quality meals in the evening (we pre-booked but they do accomodate walk-in) and good cooked breakfast too. Room and bathroom very clean, great shower and plenty of hot water. Bed soft and very comfortable. Free WiFi. Staff all very friendly and helpful, made us very welcome. Location within walking distance of Settle, but Giggleswick itself is beautiful too and worth exploring.

Little surprised that there was no shower screen or shower curtain on the above bath shower, looked like it was under repair, but we managed okay. Could also do with a non-slip bath mat being provided as standard, no doubt if we had asked I am sure they would have provided one.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice, freshly prepared using quality ingredients. The room was spacious and the facilities were very good. There was a mini fridge on the landing containing bottled water, fresh milk and orange juice, all complimentary.

The evening menu on Sunday was somewhat restricted because they had run out of certain dishes

Relaxed community atmosphere, nothing too much trouble, quiet location yet good for town, good food and easy parking.

There was nothing that would cause me not to return.

Absolute everything ! One night stay with our dog... great hosts - very welcoming - great evening meal and fantastic breakfast... perfect for an overnight stay with your pet..... Beer garden at the rear too.... perfect to relax in after a decent walk in the hills

Lovely modern, comfortable pub in a great location.

Getting parked was not very easy, not enough space. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and will definitely keep them in mind for next time.

The background music was rather intrusive.couldnt reach the bedside light switch from the bed .

Service at Breakfast. Being told we couldn't eat at night when the restaurant wasn't full - in the end we did eat there.

The hotel as a whole was perfect. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. we were greeted by a lovely lad who made time to check us in. we could see he was very busy with other customers but he still made time for us and made us feel welcome. we had dinner there as well. both had pie and it was delicious. we also had breakfast and again perfect. the room was spotless and the bed, not only was it huge but it so super comfy ! really enjoyed our stay and we would come back again.
