desayuno buffet muy variado y rico ( un detalle : deberia ser más fácil distinguir el salero del pimenterio, eran iguales...), el gimnasio bien completo, la tina de hidromasaje, el karaoke, la ubicación es excelente, a su costado hay ferias de artesanias, libreria, en la esquina de sgte.cuadra una cevicheria, a la vuelta el Restaurant Siete Sopas , de Miraflores, cerca del parque Kennedy, puedes ir caminando tranquilo de dia y de noche por los alrededores, sentí el hotel muy seguro, con un control efectivo en su entrada.

Most of the staff was very helpful. We rested well. The rooms were decently dark, and we heard minimum noise from the street or from inside the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. They have cold and warm options. We had scramble eggs or boiled eggs with some sort of meat (ham, hot dog, beef stew, among others), toast, juice (pineapple, passion fruit, orange), and coffee. They also offer typical Peruvian plates. They also offer cereal, tea, yogurt, and different types of bread, among others. The location was great. You can walk to the Inka Market, and other local shops to buy souvenirs. You will be within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the park 7 de junio and the park John F. Kennedy. They have all types of restaurants and local activities at these parks.

We asked for help from a lady at the front desk, a receptionist, to get a taxi and the reply was get an Uber. We are from out of the country and our phones didn't worked in Lima. So, no. Getting an Uber or any other type of transportation via an app that requires a phone number is not an option. The rooms and bathrooms were small and uncomfortable. I would even say the bathtub is too high and unsafe for seniors. Another receptionist, an older gentleman, helped us to get transportation to the airport. The outdoor gentleman was also very kind and helpful as well. It was definitely a learning experience. The "luxury" term feels too big for this hotel. It doesn't smell or feels like a luxury hotel to me.

Rooms are clean and exactly as the photos show. The services was fast an accurate.

In the floors, the halls to the rooms are old & dark. The recepcionist told us than the sauna was broken. The breakfast was from 7.30 thru 9.30 (We didnt take it). I believe the breakfast will be thru 10 or 10.30 in an 4 stars hotel, for people wake up in vacations.

i like this hotel. the pool, gym, sauna and breakfast. parque Kennedy super close. quiet at night and small shops and restaurants close-by.

the receptionists are not so nice. they should be more welcoming and can be friendlier. Its a bit outdated and needs some maintenance here and there.

Very nice and clean pool area with gym and games room... lovely air-conditioning was very much needed in the heat...only thing was the mini bar very expensive water is only 1_2 soles..in your mini bar was 10soles...hmm...but that's my only gripe really..all in all a very nice place to stay would recommend it

Miraflores a good location near restaurants, bars, shopping. Friendly staff - thank you Luzmila! - and nice breakfast buffet.

The personel at the reception is not nice, very grumpy during our whole stay. This hotel is trying to be “luxury” but is failing at this misserably. Room was dusty and the food at the restaurant is expensive and gross.

Great location and very comfortable beds. We extended our stay by a day and they let us keep the room we were in.

A bit outdated and in the room the carpets were a bit stained. Could do with a some updating, slightly damp smell in room too.

Breakfast was good, better than other places I have stayed (in 5 other occasions) Had a triple room, it was good, Location was excellent, walking distance to many places, closed to the Indian Market so we could go shopping at any time

this property is located in a good location with easy access to parks and things to do in Miraflores, Peru.

the room had a bad smell through my stay. I asked for a bucket of ice and was charged for it. this seems odd for a “luxury” hotel. most of the staff, including front desk, only spoke Spanish even though it is located in a largely English speaking tourist district. This may have contributed to front desk staff’s unfriendly attitude. Lastly, the “laundry service” they offer is only available on Mondays (or so I was told).
