very good reception team. large room with good bed. rooftop terrace. just 3 minutes on foot to Larcomar area.

breakfast was quite slim, could be improved.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, the beds were very comfortable and there was a nice simple selection for breakfast. It was very good value for the price.

The rooms were very cold but a heater was provided when requested.

- Too noisy due to construction next to the hotel. - The first room we got the bathroom door did not close nor lock. - Water coming out from the toilet or basin. - Rooms are not soundproof. - Traffic during during the day and night.

Very good location and price. Very friendly Staff. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Shower water with good pressure and very hot. Located near Lamcomar shopping center and many restaurants. Very good WiFi everywhere. Good breakfast.

The rooms were a little cold becayse the AC only cool but you can ask for a heater.

After the first night I woke up with several bites on my back. First I wasn’t sure if it was bed bugs but when I got bidden the second night aswell I called to reception and asked for help. We got another room but no apology or offer to help to move. I asked if they would wash our cloths so we don’t transfer tue bugs to another room or to our other stuff but the lady working there didn’t really seam to care and said we could wash them on our own expenses. When I asked again she told me that whe will ask but no one offered the following day. Breakfast is from 7 to 10. The second day we arrived 10 to 10 and everything was already gone. The following day almost everything was moved away 20 to 10. I have to say they offered to bring cheese and stuff but it’s not the same as to be able to chose from a buffet. Given the good rating I qas pretty disappointed. We left one day earlier…

Breakfast was simple but good

We had to ask to refill the fruits, juices and scrambled eggs.

The hotel was close to Larcomar and many other attractions.

The staff at breakfast were very unfriendly and angry people.

Doors and the hall upstairs are a little dated, the rooms don’t have good ventilation so they get musty when the shower is used.

Great location and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was great. I would stay again. reserved three rooms.

The bathroom filled with an incredible amount of moisture after using the shower. It had a window but it was not enough, needs a fan system. Beds were on the firmer side with were a bit uncomfortable for me.

The team was very helpful and the receptionist Almendra spoke excellent English!

They provide tea bread when I had to leave before breakfast. Receptionist was very helpful with travel logistics.
