location, superb breakfast, ambiance and interiors(very soho home) exceptional staff, fabulous cocktails, rooms are fabulous and the pool terrace was a huge bonus . free water up there and free Evian water in rooms daily. will definitely stay again as Parma is stunning. ombu restaurant for the best tapas.

The hotel is wonderful, beautiful decor, large rooms and the architecture of the hotel is amazing! The staff are very professional and attentive. I really appreciated the personal tour of the hotel when I arrived. The cinema, Gym and rooftop pool were brilliant.

Room ,staff and central location
there were hundreds of people on tours in front of the hotel every morning .So noises and impossible to open the window during the day because of the noise .

pure luxury ! a little but if Paris in Palma . staff were amazing ! especially Tom and Cati

Amazing location, friendly staff, stylish decor and super comfortable beds. We loved the ambience of the hotel and even after check out the staff really liked after us until we finally departed late that evening!
The pool area is very small.

We included breakfast in our rate -- a little pricey but lovely food and as it was served until 12pm, we didn't need lunch as well.

great location. very clean - house keeping do a great job here. Food is very good, but the most important thing for us was the staff and their excellent attitude. whether the cleaning ladies or the waiters and front desk / all very professional and charming
It would have been nice if you could sit by the pool later in the evening, but I suspect there are reasons why it closes

We loved the location and the whole atmosphere. Restaurant was great. Only complaint was the size of our room. We paid full price - normal rate and room was very tiny with no view.
