breakfast was not the best

This is such a surprise! I didn't expect much but it simply is a very nice place to stay whether for a night or even for a longer stay. It offers almost all the amenities one would expect from a quality hotel. We will certainly return when we visit again our friends from that area of Plaridel..

Everything was very good except that the so called double bed is too narrow for 2 persons. We were 3 adults and were assigned Room 5 that offers two double beds. I can't imagine a huge foreigner fitting on such bed if traveling with a spouse and children.

I am very unsatisfied with a stay. I thaught that Booking.com has some standards, but its obviously that you do not follow any standards and post for rent what ever people want to rent. First of all, hotel is placed in very poor neighbourhood, i would say non hygienic neghbourhood. Hygiene in hotel is on the very, very low level! Bathroom was dirty as hell. Floor and towels as well. In some moments i could not unlock/lock my room. Simply it did not work. Breakfast was very poor and limited to what they put on the plate with coffee included. Around the building, tehre were some wild dogs who make noise whole night so i could not sleep from the noise. Internet was so slow that i could not open my e-mail. Connection was on/off every couple of seconds. First day i needed iron to iron my clothes, so the guy at reception told me that i have to pay for iron (rental)???

The pool

The advice and lies of the staff. They told us we could eat when we arrived but when we arrived couldn't. The reception guy even lied to us that there was no bus terminal there trying to sell his friends trike ride to the next town. The rooms are tiny, basic cardboard, no character and a plastic kit box bathroom.

The room cleaning and room service is quite fast and efficient.

My comfort room has a rust smell on the water and the shower and bidet were too sharp. I think they have to change the shower head.
