The place is quite, and far from the city noise. Very comfortable.

Food hygiene. We had breakfast and had cereal with a hair on the bowl. It is disgusting.

It was a great stay! The service is excellent, the staff are helpful! The complimentary was a lot, I didn't expect it. Definitely will come back again anytime in the future!

In my opinion, the hotel is overrated and overpriced. They emphasize their service more in the restaurant. The hotel itself probably targets guests attending an event in the location considering it only has 20 rooms. The room design is a bit odd and is divided 50:50 between bedroom and bathroom. The balcony is facing other rooms instead of the mountain. It also doesn't have lift so I don't think it is suitable for the elderly. I called the receptionist at 6 am and it was answered by a security guard. I asked him if i could get my son's meal heated but he said it would take some time because the restaurant is not ready yet. Breakfast menu is limited and it tastes very standard. On the first night I was tempted to eat at the abhayagiri restaurant but many tables were already reserved. I then decided to go to a nearby hotel which was much better in terms of view, menu, price and food. On the second night, there was an event at the restaurant with loud music that I heard from my room. It was very annoying. Limited activities for kids. There is a kid's pool but it is located in front of the restaurant.

Scenic !!! view is breathtaking with merapi & prambana temple. Food is great -- this property core business is restaurant - so no doubt the breakfast menu & taste are 5 stars

Room only have bathtub - not shower room , hence for elders it is not inconvinience
