The apartment was over our expectations. Frstly, it was very clean. There were everything what you need to long stay: fridge, dishwasher, dishes, linen, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, tv, etc. All furnitures and equipments there was of a high quality. We were very suprised by big balckon with unforgettable sea view. This was the best palce to begin new a day with morning meal. From this apartment is just few steps to small private beach and 15 min walk to main sea promenade and city center. Around there are many shops and restaurants which gave you everything waht your need. From deep of my heart I recomend this apartment for beautyfull holidays. I'm shure that I'll back there soon.

The flat is big and the terrace is lovely, also the location is really good - right next to the beach. The flat was super clean and comfortable for two people. Overall is really good, the neighborhood is quiet but still has everything you need around. Despite a few things, it’s a good place to stay on holidays

We had some miscommunication with the person giving us the keys (as we didn’t have internet) and we had to wait for him in the street in the heat for almost 40 mins. Also the shower was broken, it worked but you couldn’t hang the tap so it was a bit uncomfortable to wash your hair. Also, the last day we had already said we were checking out at 10, at 9.55 the cleaning lady opens the door, without even ringing the bell or knocking, it was kind of weird, as we had to leave immediately.

Ideal for families with kids. We stayed in a flat equiped with as much home appliances, kitchenware and homeware as you can think of. There is a beautiful beach just below the balcony. Building is in a quiet part of Saranda, by the sea, 10-15 min hike to the main promenade. Parking is in a closed garage. Choose Violet and you will not regret!

very clean, modern and really spacious apartment on the very coast, with a big balcony which has an excellent sea view and is accessible from both rooms. you see sarande, ksamil and corfu from this balcony. free parking in the street in front of the house, 2 mins walk to the pleasant and children-friendly private beach with a fair fee for an umbrella and 2 sun beds - 700 leke/day. and many other adjacent beaches are all around. there is an excellent fridge in the apartment - i want to buy that one into my home. in fact, all furniture, equipment and appliances in the apartment are of a high quality. there is a lift in the building. i understood the apartment belongs to a foreign company who run it and hire a local manager and a cleaning lady. everything works fine there. perfect communication with both the local manager and the foreign owner company. walking to the city centre and the main seaside promenade takes about 30 mins, unless you want to drive but the city centre has problems with traffic jams and parking. i recommend and would like to stay in this apartment on my next year's holiday in sarande.

the local manager handed over the apartment with a broken toilet seat, the broken seat was simply placed on the washing machine. this is quite a mistake.... but when i complained he immediately arranged a mechanic for the next day who came with him and installed a new seat but they installed the cheapest and smallest seat which didnt even fit onto that toilet (the seat was too small). we noticed a few very small ants running on the living room/kitchen floor but it didnt matter as they didnt get to beds or our luggage :)

Everything. Specially sea view. Parking is great. Room is excellent and living room is quite large. Perfect for family with kids. Beach is very good with nice drinks and cocktails.

Shower gets jammed every time you take shower. Really needs a real fix.

Apartment is in an ideal location, with a direct sea view. Inside is everything you need for a longer stay (dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv, vacuum cleaner, towels, bed linen, dishes ...)The owner of the facility regularly asked if everything was ok. We are really pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to everyone.
