Everything, it was an amazing holiday

As child free professional couple in their early 40’s we knew what we were getting into booking a week long vacation in a family all inclusive resort, it was hectic, very busy, kids everywhere, lots of easy food and basic drinks. So, writing a review is hard as I don’t want to write negative about what we knew it was going to be like. However I would like to say what was surprising was the prompt cleaning service, many green areas throughout the resort, some nice quiet areas if you can find them by the pool and the incredible staff, honestly the staff made it for us, they were so friendly and always busy being helpful. The food was good, buffet is huge and they try different themes each night, it is what you would expect from a buffet just on a huge scale.

We enjoyed our stay but my biggest issue with this place was honestly the other guests (not all of course, but a good majority), the constant pushing through the buffet to get to food first, taking everything left, hogging of sunbeds ALL day when not actually being there, letting kids be absolute wild in areas such as reception or hallways outside rooms, there is so much space to run around why do it inside?? The food wastage is out of control, people pile their plates so much and leave most of it behind. SMOKING by the pool should absolutely be banned, especially when sunbeds are so close to each other! I actually could not believe that people behave like this, maybe I’m too sheltered but no manners at all. I’m not sure what the staff can do, try and crack down on sun bed situation, allocate designated smoking areas, and put up food wastage signs maybe?? One improvement idea for the hotel though is to add some filtered water stations around the resort, that way people who are used of recycling and care about these things can refill bottles rather than using 100 tiny plastic water bottles throughout their stay and feeling terrible about it. All things said, We did actually enjoy our stay at the resort, it was just an eye opener!

Not much to like apart from the staff.

The building is old and and in desperate need of renovation. The all inclusive part isn’t completely true.. to get fresh orange juice you’ve gotta pay 3 euros.. first time I’ve come across this. Same food over and over again. I had the same breakfast 3 days in a row. The fourth day we actually had to leave the hotel to have something different. For the price you pay it’s no where near what it is worth. It’s more of a 4 star hotel..

Overall, a hotel is good. The territory is big, there are always some activities happening.

1. All-inclusive system needs improvement. There are time periods, when there is no food available, which is weird for an all-inclusive resort. We arrived around 9 pm, when the dinner was already over. All they could offer us was nuts at the bar or some fruits at the night “snack station”. So after 9 pm you cannot get any food. 2. The beach is very far away from the hotel, 10-15 minutes walk from some rooms. We were traveling with my elderly grandma, and it was too far of a trip for her. When I asked if they could send a cart to take her to the beach, they declined saying it’s not possible. So consider that if walking that much is an issue for you.

Fantastic hotel! We really loved it. The food, facilities, staff and entertainment was great - Especially if you travel with kids. A big thanks to our wounderful cleaning lady Neslihan, she was SO nice and helpful! We will definitely come again.

The staff was so lovely and friendly, but maybe a little bit more english knowledge would have made it even better and easier for us.

no soundproof on roomdoors, whoever walks and talks on the corridor, you can hear easily while you are in your room. Its smth really bad when there are too many children around. receptionist were not fully avare while they are working on check in. first they insisted about our reservation that is for 1 person only instead of 2 then realised and confirmed that is their mistake, later they kept trying to use same banks credit card machine but failed and then told me that I must talk with my bank because its my issue. when I refused to do that tried with 3rd one and money withdraw was successful. 2 of credit card machines were not working properly..

The food was very delicious, the hotel are super clean, a lot of entertainment for kids (all ages) and adults, the stuff was super friendly. Highly recommend

Very well heated pool, half inside and half outside! Food: 8/10.

The food was often over-salted, especially potatoes in different forms (fries, mashed potatoes). The pastries were absolutely tasteless, compared to other hotels in Turkey. The surface for tennis courts is not clay or hard.

The hotel had great all inclusive food options throughout the whole day. Lovely hotel beach with lots of water sports options. They had a lovely cat sanctuary that's full of kittens.

The drink were quite limited. We had a bungalow that led out to our private pool but because of the location the sun didn't hit our terrace or pool so the water was very cold, freezing even and lots of shadow on our terrace.
