Nice and big area around the hotel to have a pleasant walk.
Pleasant promenade that goes all the way to Side.
Good choice of activities (ping-pong, tennis, gym).
Decent SPA with hammam and sauna.
Jakuzzi in the room worked well.
Specifically our room (Beach room with Jakuzzi) was riddled with various problems like leaky tap, absence of soap, smelly toilet, falling door locks.
Some days the room cleaning wasn't adequate and a few polite complaints still weren't enough to fix the issue. We had to be a bit more assertive to resolve that.

Noi am stat la Selin, Family room terrace, comparativ cu Selin, hotelul principal, unde am stat o noapte, ne am simțit cam ca la 4 stele în loc de 5.Curatenie precară, prima zi am ajuns în camera în jur de ora 14 și nu venise sa schimbe prosoapele, sa ia gunoiul, etc, am ieșit noi cu ele sa ni le schimbe. A doua zi tot cam asa, am băgat-o noi pe camerista sa ne spele pe jos. A treia zi la fel. A patra zi trebuia sa ne schimbe cearceafurile și nu a făcut o decât în urma reclamației noastre la recepție . Deci numai în reclamații am ținut o și tot degeaba. Dar, din păcate și calitatea prosoapelor era alta față de hotelul principal. Și șezlongurile, mobilierul din cameră, de baie, obiecte sanitare, nu mai zic, tot ni s a părut "second hand". Păcat, că la un resort unde este catalogat la 5 stele totul, această zonă, a cam fost lăsată de izbeliște. Ca o concluzie, dacă vreți sa va simțiți răsfățați mergeți pe hotelul principal, nu pe camerele din clădirile adiacente.

Sauber schnell und fantastische Küche. War überrascht dass ich den ganzen Komplex und nicht nur das „gebuchte“ Hotel nutzen konnte. Werde wieder dahin gehen wenn die Südtürkei als Ziel in Aussicht ist
Obwohl der check-in um 14:00 war konnten wir erst un 15:30 ins Zimmer. Dies ist aber ein ganz ganz vergessenswerter Punkt da der Rest einfach super war.

Ресторан великолепный, поварам огромное спасибо! Отличный ассортимент и вкус еды. Огромная территория, первая линия, прекрасный пляж. Хороший номер делюкс, матрасы, одеяла, подушки хорошие - спать удобно. Понравился бассейн и сауна.
Лейка душа - слабо лилась вода. Хамам холодный, не было пара.

Duża ilość basenów, różnorodność posiłków. Ogólna dostępność do miejsc z posiłkami- restauracje i kawiarnie w cenie. Dostęp do różnych atrakcji. Bardzo pomocny personel
Godziny głównych posiłków były nieodpowiednie- zbyt wczesne lub zbyt późne. Dużo atrakcji jest darmowych ale te fajniejsze są płatne, tak jak wynajęcie pawilonu na plaży, czy sporty wodne. Wynajęcie buli lub innych eksponatów wymaga deponowania zwracanych 20 euro co stwarza konieczność noszenia przy sobie gotówki…. Jest po prostu kłopotliwe

Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Hotel war in der Nebensaison nicht sehr voll. Die Strandlage und besonders das Buffet waren super.
Der fitnessbereich ist relativ klein, es gibt leider nicht genug Gewichte für das anständige kreuzheben. Ansonsten gab es kaum Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Ausser dass das Doppelbett keine durchgängige Matratze hatte.

Almost everything was perfect. Nice and clean rooms. Food and drinks were great. Kind and friendly staff. Price was suitable. Activities was pleasent. Facilities were perfect. Animators were great. Outdoor pools was completely clean. Dry sunnas were completely clean and hot. Turkish bath was perfect. I enjoyed hotel's fitness center.
Indoor pool's water was not so clean. Jacuzzi and steam sunna was not hot enough.

AC did not worked as it should in the room - it was hot in the night .
The staff said that they have default setting on HEAT and the min temperature can only be set as 24 .

The variety of food, entertainment (even tho animation not even once came to us), pools, big rooms.
Cleaning knocks even if you put the “do not disturb” sign, staff barely speaks any english, i got a parasitic infection from their food, was in the hospital for 1.5 day, they havent even said once sorry…

Absolutely perfect for families. Everything has been thought of. They really can’t do enough for their guests and especially the children.
Food was great, with lots of offerings in the restaurant as well as the pool bars throughout the day. The pools were clean and a good temperature
We made use of the Spa, the bowling alley, zoo, water park - all were great!
I’d recommend this hotel to anyone with a family and to family and friends
If you download the hotels app you can communicate with staff. We once asked for clean towels and noticed the same dirty towels had been folded and put back- my husband messaged on the app and it was sorted before we returned to the room. So really I wouldn’t say it’s a negative - they listen if you ask or offer feedback

The food is absolutely disgusting. It has to be the worst food I have ever had in a hotel.
Unfortunately we stayed for 15 nights with this food but had to eat in town many times which cost around €120 each time. It's terribly bad when you've paid for all-inclusive meals.
Tell me why you serve liver, fish that is not filleted, sheep BRAINS(!!), and the same meals almost every single day? I ended up eating almost nothing but potatoes the whole holiday, for most of my meals.
We also asked for more normal beef, but there was not even a chance to see it beeing any better
Nothing about this is 5 stars - and it's definitely not worth the price

Interesting architecture and the facilities layout of the resort.
Landscape is lovely and well thought out.
Lifts are bit of a small capacity and also situations with the day beds around pool and beach area. By 7:30 they are all taken ( towels are left on them) and people are absent for most of the day.

Family friendly accommodation, lots of activities to keep everyone occupied. The beach on your doorstep! Perfect for those days you want to be away from the pool. We were able to make use of all facilities (pools, water park, snack bars, etc) of all sister hotels (except main restaurant).
Short dinner service time… two and half hours seems a bit short for the number of guests, seating was always difficult to seat family of eight.

It has a very nice beach, so friendly staff, good activities, big verities of food with meduim to good quality, several kind of meduim quality of free alkohol, very big green area and many snaks places and bars
Good quality alkohol was not free while it is ultra all inclusive system, some of bed cover sheets were old and torn, we were in beach house it was with old maintenance not look like 5 stars specially in bathroom and bed was not very comfortable .

The food was amazing - varied and plentiful and excellent quality. The beach was clean and wide and well-kept. There are ample activities for children, including two playgrounds, a children's club and a mini-golf. Football and pitches and tennis courts - lots to do for a week.
The staff is a weak point. Personnel were not particularly friendly or helpful. The electric car driver, taking a mother with three kids with luggage to the taxi, would not help load the bags in the car - just unload them in a pile and leave. The waitress seemed annoyed with our group for no apparent reason, as if deigning to look after us. Entertainers in the children's club were lovely, but spoke barely a word of English. Maids started shouting in the corridors from 7 am, disturbing the children's sleep. Also one child's expensive Crocs sandals were stolen from the pool area and never found.

There is no clear indication of what each dish contains. we are vegetarians and we had to each time ask what is vegetarian. Many dishes were displayed as vegetarian but had meat in it !
You have to pay for iron on hourly basis which I found was a rip off. probably they can ask for deposit for each hour and refund back !

Can't describe all the issues because of character limitations on Booking so have to short it as much as I can but that doesn't show all the picture and utter disappointment with this place as we booked big family room and paid quite a bit extra but not received even cheapest rooms worth, having to report issues on daily bases for 5 days in the row until we decided just leave one day early! Even do they were fast to fix some of the issues, some weren't fixed fully or just ignored. To be fair their management tried to get us to stay for our last night but it was far too late, after all the issues there was nothing to salvage at the last minute!
Broken sink, leaking bath, no hot water in sink, no Aircon during low season, staff not respecting privacy and entering room within seconds after knocking door without giving guests a chance to get their pants on. Nor caring about guest safety at the beach and driving tractors close to little babies! Management seems to be out of touch about the issues until you go directly to them! Had to leave hotel day early and so far haven't seen any refund for ruined holiday nor any response! Hotel could have been good if not for bad trained staff and management who doesn't address issues timely.

Complete luxury the have a blue flag beach a 180 view lift that take us to the lift this hotel takes luxury to a very happy level and it is a very nice place to be better for romantic get away or family with toddler as no water park.
The other lift is internal and central very dark as I say absolutely floorless
