I gave 8 because on arrival they told me that there is no sea view rooms available as I’ve booked which is weird!
They gave me a family room at Ayshen (very dark room and bad for us) for 2 nights (our whole stay was 6 nights) so 40% we spent there

Les personnels et la situation géographique
J'avais réservé une très belle chambre dans l'hotel et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre type bungalow plus petite sans rapport avec la réservation. J'ai l'impression que cette promo était une arnaque. La propreté pas géniale et la nourriture peut être mieux.

Starting from resort this is a 30 + years resort and not a 5 star maybe a 3 star , facilities are old ,rooms and furniture old .staff is unprofessional, rude and untrained(there is no customer service due to sick mentality). Arrived on 23 june two family's of six gave me the wrong room with two single bed instead of one double ,my daughter 11 months old fell between. Room had flooding from bathroom and carpet was wet had to complain daily for 3 days until something has been done.
On day 2 we got food poisoning all of us apparently due to uncooked meat on grill found on two occasions raw.
Staff who were cleaning the tables did not have a clue about food hygiene and leaving old cutlery from previous family on table, baby chairs was horrible with dry food on them. Food has been reused from lunch to dinner adding some sauce and vegetables and making new "dish". We had to take our daughters to hospital and resort has a medical room probably "business" contract between resort and private hospital taking sick people there and overcharging like €1000 for 16hours admissions doing 3 IV fluids. Even if you have salmonella or e-coli the test results in hospital will be negative as they have " business " to maintain with resort. Is all about money and they really don't care. Resort has a customer relations manager called Elena Tunç and another person Lale Atabay the most rude person I have came across. We supposed to stay two weeks but we ended up leaving early due to food poisoning staying 5 days in the rooms with diarrhea and vomitig. Lift doors were full of dry vomitig and despite adressing this to one of the manager's nothing has been done.we wil never go back to Turkey after this experience

Sehr modern und alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Anlage ist perfekt aufgebaut. Besonders für Familien geeignet, auch mit sehr kleinen Kindern. Poolbereich und Strandbereich sind so wie man es sich wünscht. Jeden Tag Animation. Jeden Tag Programm für Kinder und Erwachsene. Jeden Tag besondere Essensthemen. Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Überall wunderschöne Ecken zu entdecken. Wellnessbereich ist hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen! Barbereich sehr lobenswert.
Die Toiletten sind leider ein Manko in diesem Hotel. Ob es im Hotelzimmer ist oder eine öffentliche. Habe es leider auch von anderen Hotelgästen gehört, das diese Probleme mit den Toilettenspülungen haben, welche defekt sind.
Leider sind jegliche Attraktionen so überteuert (selbst nach mehrmaligem Verhandeln) ob es Parasailing, Fotoshootings oder Shishabar sind.

The level of ignorance of personnel is directly proportional with the success of this resort. The "customer oriented" services were forgot by low and middle management.

I loved the food that was extremely tasty and of great quality. There was a huge and different variety of food to choose from every day. I liked how clean the rooms were. I also enjoyed that the hotel was on the beach and that there was a bar both by the beach and the pool at the hotel. This is a great hotel.
The hotel does not provide free or at least at a low cost transfer from Antalya Airport. They provide it at 55 euro one way which is almost 20 euro more expensive than the ones we can book with Booking. But I have still booked a transfer with the hotel reception directly by email and I was not advised at any point that I should be paying the transfer fee to the driver directly. I have checked in after the dinner at the hotel and was expected by a staff member at the reception who accused me of not willing to pay the driver the transfer fee. This was extremely rude to welcome me in such a way to the hotel and also 100% inaccurate as there has been no such communications between the driver and I as I was not advised at any point that I should be paying the driver directly but I expected to pay the hotel. This has been settled by me paying the fee to the hotel (50 euro: only a 5 euro discount to make up for the misunderstanding) but I would not recommend anyone to book a transfer with the hotel as the staff has been rude about it with
me and they are also over priced. I have booked the return with Booking taxis directly and it went very smoothly and it costed circa 20 euro less than the transfer organiser by the hotel.

I went all inclusive and the food was amazing. From breakfast in the morning so many different varieties and then lunch and dinner was the same. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with the nicest staff. The entertainment team were brilliant and very good fun.

My children loved the hotel , they could easily get turns in the slides , food was good , very nice beach , the hotel area is very big so you can have nice walks
The kids were upset about the early closing of the slides as they closed at around 5 , the room gets very hot at night which made it hard to sleep.

This was the third time we stayed at Kamelya. everything was so disappointing this time.
way less choice of food we ate the same for the 4 days we stayed. Sewer smells around the pool. rooms old and dated very dusty.
they asked for 3 euros to inflate a sea bed!
there was not enough personnel which meant long waits at the bar. everything was organized to make you consume as little as possible while it was supposedly ultra all inclusive.
We travelled with 2 families, one of which stayed in Kamelya for 10 consecutive years.
we have no intention of ever going back.

Room was far too small for two adults and one child , bathroom had exposed plug next to an open shower, beds hard very uncomfortable.Dinner hall was repetitive, service was slow dirty plates were left to pile up, drinks were often warm and long queues to get served

Location, buildings, and architecture. But we didn’t get the opportunity to explore it because we spent most of our time sick in the bed or throwing up and nauseous.
The staff are not welcoming, no body smile, they make you feels that they were forced to work here, and very very few people knows few words
in English.
Their staff need to be trained about hospitality and how they smile to the guests, which is very important!!
The manager has no clue how to solve people issues. My whole family became sick after eating the food at their restaurant, we kept throwing up and nauseous from what ever we ate at their restaurant. I told the manager about the issue but she doesn’t care about it, she said it is your problem. I saw another person from different floor that has the same issue and they were nauseated and feeling sick after they ate the food. I spent thousands of dollars and lost my vacations days and other thousands of dollars on flights to become sick from the food at this resort and manger has no empathy to help us or give us any options. When I went to the nurse for help, the first question she asked me, where are you from!! What, are you treating people based on where they are coming from? She should first ask what is hurting you!! Then she told me need to be transferred to a private hospital that I should pay out of my pocket which would cost me approximately 700 Euro per person (taxi driver, doctor examination, tests, and infusion for 4 hours). I told the manager please take one of us and make any medical test to prove it is a food poisoning but you pay the expenses, she refused. Please, book somewhere else, there are tons of resorts nearby that are caring about their guests, buildings are nice but staff are not. Please, read the bad reviews before you book your vacation.
Last things, bathroom was outdated, toilet flush was broken, shower door not closing properly. Ohh, also let’s not forget about the very bad WiFi. You are not getting what you are paying for, period!
