TLDR: The overall rating is that the apartment has got potential but it requires professional maintenance and care from the owner. Pre-check-in We agreed on check-in time at 2 pm but due to some personal reasons, we arrived at 2:45 pm. Hosam was calling us from 1:30 pm to hand over the keys. Check-in GPS took us to group 29 instead of group 34. Finally, we arrived at the correct building and Hosam opened the apartment. In the kitchen, there were oily stains on the cooker, dirty stains in the kitchen sink, even the fridge from inside was not cleaned after the previous guest. We told him that this needs to be cleaned he said this is not possible! After contacting Dr. Nader, the owner, he replied that Hosam couldn't arrange cleaning and he fixed many issues before our arrival! We finally agreed that I will arrange a cleaning company and he will pay the charges. We spent the whole day searching for a cleaning company and another 3 hours for actual cleaning. Our night was wasted due to this. Observations Bedrooms: Pillows, towels, and bedsheets had stains and were not clean. No evidence of disinfection used as listed. Kitchen: bad smell from dishwasher, food leftovers inside appliances. Tap water is not clear, and sometimes it is white. Second night Window shutters got stuck and didn't work. I contacted the owner and Hosam and they told me that they will send the technician the next day. The same day, the toilet flush stopped working and when we contacted Hosam, he asked us to fix it ourselves! Third night We had to wait for the technicians to come and fix the shutters. On the same day, there was water disconnection. Fifth night Major water disconnection from 10:30 am till 8 pm. I contacted Dr. Nader, and expressed that this was not really worth the amount paid, and this should be compensated. He replied aggresively and said I have to pay double becasue we made him troubles and I am not welcomed in his house again!

The host continuously followed up and gave me all the details I required at any time even when he’s out of the country. They’re very good with time management. The brother tried to help as much as possible as well. The beds were very comfortable and clean alongside the sitting area. The area was very secure and safe. Excellent Wifi

Luxury flat in everything, everything so nice and the owner and his brother treated with us as one family , they are so decent and so helpful, so kind, the area is so quiet, we need thank them for everything, and it is really amazing as it is name

The location is the best thing and it is really big apartment. Having free WiFi is amazing. The apartment having a decent size for 6 person.

The curtains in the rooms needs to be darker and thicker to allow comfort sleep.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and flexible when it came to check-in and check-out times. The apartment has a very convenient location. It is close to the mall. My family and I had a great time staying in this apartment and i would highly recommend it.
