Close to the city center and restaurants

Shower was indeed of repair. Shower head didn't work, and the rainshower head needed cleaning, had mold and calcium build up on it. Hot water was VERY limited.

It was cold in Venice so lovely to return to a warm apartment.

The smell of the suirs in Venice cannot be avoided. So leave the fan running.

Nice apartment fully equiped within walking distance from St Marcus square. Easy checkin. In a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants, shops and super market. A pannetone for season's greetings was a welcomed present!

There was an unstoppable odour coming from the toilet pipes. The fan in the toilet could not absorb it as far as there was no window and was spreading in all the apt. To be serious checked from the owners.

Lovely little flat in a great location, spotless, absolutely perfect to visit the Biennale (which was the scope of our visit) as conveniently located between Arsenale and Giardini. The one-bedroom apartment has all the amenities for a few days stay and it's perfectly suited for two people. Giulia, the host, is a delight, always in touch if needed, full of suggestions for where to eat/drink locally and made us feel welcome leaving a bottle of wine for my partner's birthday and breakfast material. I would most definitely stay here again

the only thing I could say it's the wi-fi was on and off and pretty slow but I have a feeling might be an issue in most of Venice!

A very nice apartment. Comfortable and nice. The apartment is located in an interesting district Arsenale. The district has a very good vaporetto transport. I recommend.

Perfect location 10 min from St. Marco square in a non crowded area, but next to nice restaurants.

The appartment is wonderful. Well equipped, complete kitchen, perfect for couples. Nice shower, bed and linens. The location is wonderful, 20 minutes from Piazza de San Marco and direct to the vaporetto stop.

Location is great, we take the water bus and very easy walk to the property. The path is well -lit, supermarket is close by with local fesh fruit and vegetable stand.

The shower closure can be better but is not a big deal.

It had everything we needed really, we could cook any meal, wash clothes, and even iron them, it was the perfect location, close to every attraction, and to a lot of affordable restaurants. The staff was so nice, stayed in touch the whole time of our stay. We even got little snack when we got there, which was perfect after the flight.

I didn't know about the tourist tax, so that was kind of a surprise, but it was not that big of a sum, and it was explained to us why ut was needed.

a minor detail is that there are no independent ac for the bedroom and the living.

Perfect location, close walk to all main attractions, out of the hustle and bustle but on a nice street of restaurants and a supermarket. Guilia was lovely and welcoming, she gave us some tips on how to travel, where to eat etc. It was our anniversary and she left us a little note and a bottle of wine which was so lovely. Everything you need is in the apartment. If I came back to Venice, I would stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Located up a side street, next to waterway that takes you straight to SAN Marco square , 15 min walk, plenty of eating places and markets, behind property,lovely flat quite modern, host was very nice and helpful, tourists shops not far away, and sit out eating places along water,s edge

The apartment is taken care for in a very professional manner- it has a nice design, wi-fi works very well, kitchen is well equipped, it has small but convenient bathroom and everything is very clean. Thank you so much for everything!

The host left some snacks for our first breakfast. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking the meals, and there was a supermarket nearby as well as a pharmacy and several restaurants. Very good location to walk towards St Mark or take the waterbus anywhere.

The venetian blinds did not completely blocked the light, so we were awake as soon as the sun rise.

Location and maintenance are really good for this apartment

The place is really well located near several parks so we was nice for our dog ! It was not too far from the touristic places by foot. You have a lovely street with a lot of nice restaurant nearby. Our dog had her little dishes prepared for her with snacks. I was so cute ! Thank you !

What a perfect apartment! You can find every necessary thing here from sewing needles to hairdryer. Perfectly decorated and maintained. Probably the best choice for couples or small families.

Well, I think the bathing area could be improved as sometimes water leaks out. I am sure the host will improve it as she aims for perfection.
