Our day of cycling over the Ardennes hills to the hotel was fraught with problems such that we only arrived around 23.00. We had phoned during the day to warn them of our potential late arrival and received reassurances. Pascal and Pascale proved as good as their word as we arrived cold, wet and tired. They couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful. They whisked away our wet clothes to their drying room, provided drinks and simple hot food to put a smile on our faces, and provided a good breakfast the next morning.

the views from one of the rooms we booked were wonderful - over Bourscheid castle which is worth a visit. The rooms had everything you needed and were clean. Good breakfast.

Some of the central areas could do with a bit of a brighten perhaps but overall this is a friendly hotel which does what it needs to

The room was clean and the airco worked well and was silent. Also, breakfast was very good and wifi was more than decent.

On the morning of my leave, the staff entered to clean my room twice (!) while I was still there, before checkout hour. That didn't make me feel comfortable at all. Also, the water pressure in the shower was lacking.

really nice location , staff were really helpful especially when we got up next morning and one of the bikes had a puncture, they blew it up and gave us directions to a local garage (life saver )

Really great hotel and location for touring Luxembourg. Excellent facilities for motorbikes - a large locked garage to park in, washing facilities and even a compressor. Good restaurant and bar and comfortable room.

Very friendly family-run hotel with excellent views over surrounding hilly countryside including the medieval castle of Bourscheid. Our room (31) was enormous with a very large sitting area and a large double bed. The bathroom and room had recently been refurbished. The staff were very friendly. Dinner on both nights was excellent quality with a presentation expected in much larger hotels. A great base for weekend walks.

We liked everything and hope to return again in the Spring.

not too many vegetarian choices but food was quite good

Very large and spacious room, complete with desk, sofa and chairs. 2 TV's! Comfortable bed, balcony with gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside and castle. Quiet and very relaxing. It was more than we expected. Splendid!

Quiet location in beautiful landscape. Dinner exceeded expectations, superb pork chop.

This small hotel is run by a kind family. Many languages are spoken at the front desk. The recently renovated rooms are well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable, there is a safe (request key at front-desk), a good shower and silent AC. The room located on the back of the hotel was quiet. We suppose you will hear some local/agricultural traffic in the rooms facing the street. On the back side you've got a lovely view over the valley and the castle. Breakfast was is served in the restaurant. The quality is good, the choise is more than sufficient.

These issues are about the location, not the staff or the building! The hotel is located in a small village. There are hardly any shops or restaurants. You need a car to get around. The Covid-19 measures in Luxemburg can be slightly different from other European countries. Please prepare accordingly.

Pretty nice hotel in the countryside. Not too noisy, except the motorbikes driving nearby, but it was the first warm weekend, so it's understandable. We had a decent breakfast for that price.

We had a sewerage smell from the bathroom. If we open the windows, the smell was slowly disappearing, but it can be the problem during the winter. It also returned all the time after we left the room and went back. It looks like the drainage system is done in the wrong way.
