Chambre laissée en bon état d'ordre et entretien avant passage du personnel qui s'est contenté d'essayer le sol de la salle de bain avec essuie de bain usagé. Remplacement serviettes usagées effectué. Intervention de quelques minutes. Nous étions présents

In feite niets beviel ons daar, buiten over zoveel jaren terug, steakhouse definitief gesloten, een restaurant...vergane glorie..en veel te duur..en lang wachten op je eten...1uur....schandelijk...onbekwame kok... Veel te groots nu...veel restaurants..en niet een ok....komaam...altijd maar meer en groter...eens zal dit zich vloeken...wat een dom magement...er loopt daar personeel...niets te doen...niets...erg...garage voor auto...15euro per nacht niemand die zei...er is hier een grote gratis parking aan hotel bijna....waarom....plaats zat erop....echt....erg. .

Ik heb daarnet alles bijna gezegd, kamer standaardkamer onder dak..3verdieping...snachts kan je ze niet verduisteren ...was defect....wat kost een simpel gordijntje ...2zetels.met vuile plekken erop.....aan meer dan een renovatie toe...

Nice big room, had private parking for our moterbikes, restaurant was very good and staff very pleasant.

Convenient location in the center of the small town. The room was large and overall very quiet. Water, robes and slippers for the spa were in the room. (Bring your towel with you from the room.) Good place to relax with a little luxury.

When we checked-in we were told about breakfast serving hours. We later asked to confirm if it was included, and we were told yes. However, upon checking out the next day we were charged for breakfast -which was quite expensive, basically half the price of our stay. Check the spa's opening hours if you arrive in the evening. We were told that it closes at 9pm. We brought our bags to our room to get settled in before going to swim, but when we went it was closing at 8pm -in 5 minutes- and could no longer go. We had a long journey that day and we were really looking forward to it. At least we got to swim in the morning.

Hotel rooms and spa very clean. Breakfast choice and quality very good. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Got some road noise in our room so had to keep the window shut which was not ideal as it was quite hot

Staff was very nice. The room price included free use of the small spa, wich was a nice opportunity as we just rented a smaller room. The bed was comfy.

The Room looked like it needed a renovation, stains on the furniture and walls, mould in the shower.

The centre piece in the breakfast room is a black grand piano... But it's unplayable. This, in my opinion, is a crime against humanity. I'll be happy to fix it for you ;)

Large room, ideal for a couple with a child. Huge bathroom. The decor was dated but very clean. Room even had a balcony. Lovely pool area and very good breakfast.

Some areas need a lick of paint and some threadbare carpet needs replacing. Some spaces in the hotel looked like in a time warp.

The room I had does not justify the price I paid at all. As other reviewers have already reported, many rooms are outdated. However, the room I had also seemed run-down in some places and did not really make me feel comfortable. It did not help that one of the receptionists told the other couple that their room was much prettier than mine, well aware that I could hear everything. If even staff know that some of the rooms lack in quality, then it might be time to invest in renovations - or at least adapt the room price to the room quality.

excellent location, town center, near the castle and church, an abbey nearby. Very comfortable beds (we slept better than at home), 5 (!) restaurants at the hotel, high quality food. Excellent breakfast choices, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, I even spotted champagne :). A good spa and a swimming pool. The staff is very extremely friendly and helpful

the hotel is actually several buildings next to each other, connected by corridors and galeries. You might need to go outside to get from the reception into your room. There were some minor issues with the towels and bathrobes missing and lamps not working in the room, all fixed later by the staff, but it’s a pity you need to ask for it every time. The reception was rather crowded and seemed small for the hotel of this size. There are no towels for the spa, you need to bring the ones from your room. Consider making a reservation for the restaurants as it might be very busy. All the above are minor observations that didn’t spoil our stay.

the pool closes already at 21:00. We came from a long trip touring and needed some relaxation. That didn't lasted long.

Formidable breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff at the reception and restaurant.

We stayed here in summer 2022, and it's was very good, but our next stay in January 2023 it was disappointing. It seems like staff can't manage a full booked hotel. The room was cleaned in a rush so not very clean. Bathrobes were missing, shampoo in the shower was empty. Spa area too small for fully booked hotel, salina room was broken.

The service was outstanding!
