- Si cuando ves las fotos o la web esperas encontrarte un sitio de paz y calma donde desconectar, una alberca donde poder descansar, olvídate, porque lo que venden y enseñan nada que ver con la realidad. Se presentan como un entorno calmado y elegante y desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde ponen regeton y musica maquinera a todo volumen como si fuera la discoteca más naca de alrededores. Pésima experiencia, horrible música, detestable estancia. - El room service lamentable, porciones ridiculamente pequeñas y mal presentado. Te dicen en recepcion que es hasta las 11, llamas a las 10:45 y te dicen que no, que es hasta las 10:30. Cuando les dices que estas viendo en la web que se anuncian hasta las 11 te dicen que si, que una disculpa que se han ido antes. Pero la mentira te la han intentado colar. - Misma historia con el checkout. En la reserva claramente dicen a las 13, pero en recepcion te intentan colar que a las 12, cuando les enseñas que en el papel de reserva es a las 13, te dicen una disculpa, que si que hasta las 13, pero la mentira te la intentan colar. - Da igual si reservas cama doble o matrimonial, te van a adar la que les apetezca y te diran que es tema de dispobnibilidad. lo mejor es que a mi todavia me intentaron hacer la 13-14 diciendome que igual yo me habia equivocado al reservar la cama, como que es muy complicado reservar una doble o dos matrimoniales. - Pesimo pesimo pesimo servicio de recepcion por lo arriba indicado, super poco profesionales, te intentan dar la vuelta a todo y siempre con mentiras para disimular su incompetencia. - La música de la piscina y los meseros de la piscina son también experiencias pesimas. - El entorno horrible, una gasolinera, una carretera llena de trailers, un liverpool que se ve desde la habitación. no recomendaria a nadie este lugar.

la ubicación, definitivamente. Está muy pegado a la carretera y se oyen pasar los coches y camiones de manera continua, incluído por la noche, siendo difícil conciliar el sueño porque las ventanas no son aislantes

Friday night music i need to sleep

This place is a goregous hacienda, with typical mexican patios, lots of greens and seating areas where one can relax. The cleaning ladies and the concieriage/porter were exceptional and very helpful. The security is spot and does a good job. The parking area is really big and can easily accomodate a lot of cars. The fact that the hacienda has both a gym and swimming pool is a great add on. The restaurant and bar staff were very attentitve and the dinner we had was really tasty and good.

Communication - We were part of a wedding and as such a wedding package was pre-arranged that should have consistet in a slightly lower price and breakfast included. In order to get the package and discount one was supposed to write to the hotel. We did and they never replied (till today) with no auto-reply that the mail was wrong or anything else. So we were forced to book via booking.com to guarantee ourselves a room. Already this was giving a very bad first impression. Transfer from airport - Before arriving we inquired to book shuttle (mentioned on the hotel booking.com page) from the Queretaro airport. When calling we got the reply that "There is no shuttle, but can arrange a taxi". We did it ourselves as we didn't thought arraning it via the hotel would benefit us. I would not advertise having a shuttle, if I cannot provide one. Also every member of stuff should know this. We called and got "call tomorrow" and when writing we got a reply 2 days later. Breakfast - There is no option to book the room with breakfast and since the hotel is located away from the city center and upon check, nobody advice you that it is not included, it makes a customer feel like being forced to pay this extra cost when they show up the first morning. Neverthelss, there are options in town, which is what we did and walked every day to the city (15-20 min) or to the local taquerias for breakfast and paid a lot less for the both uf us, then what the prices per person was at the hote.
