This place has an old vibe which is nice in some parts and gives you a glimpse how people used to live n that area. There are old photos of Innsbruck all across the hotel. The location is nice and I mean the neighborhood, even though is a bit far from the city center or the main train station.

I expected it to be a quaint little traditional home but a lot of things went wrong. In the kitchen it was extremely cold in the morning and I had to eat breakfast with my jacket on. The room is furnished in a very old style but it's not the vintage type, just old. There aren't many amenities.

It is a traditional Innsbruck hotel. very nice staff, spacious rooms.

walking distance to nearest bus station, and no elevator

The hotel is very quiet and easy to reach. They have sufficient parking, but requires vehicles to double and triple park. The staff was kind enough to let me park in front since we were leaving early in the morning.

It's a bit of a walk to restaurants and the tourist area, but the price with easy parking is impossible to beat. I had to roll up a towel and wedge it behind the shower head to keep it from falling down.

1. Cars were parked so that they were trapped. Had to hand key in for a member of staff to move cars to let others out. 2. Woken at 11.00pm by reception to give us our following days packed lunch. 3. No kettle for tea or anything. 4. Television was very small.

The fridge did not work My booking was originally misplaced. I have a severe allergy to feathers so told them this - yet the pillow had feathers so I had to use a duvet s a pillow!!! Worse breakfast I have ever had!!

View from the hotel is very good and everything is in walkable distance.

Location is uphill so if you are walking then you will have to walk uphill.

Great location, only 8-10 min. to Goldenes Dachl. Nice staff, clean room. Old fashioned furnitures but I liked it. Breakfest also included for me it was also acceptable with various choices.

Walls are thin, one night could not sleep because the neighbour coughed all night.

Breakfast was plenty full with a range of choices. Location of hotel - quiet location good distance even by foot to hospitality places.

Staff very friendly. Location is v.good
