An absolutely fantastic find - wonderful B&B, brilliant hosts, comfortable and well-equipped room and exceptional breakfast

Heidi and Paul were genuinely lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome in their home.

there was nothing I didn't like about Harriet house . If I had to think of one I'd say the shower in our en-suite was very small but it really was not an issue .

The place was so clean. Our hosts were very friendly, we had a great time. The breakfasts were also very delicious. a brilliant place to stay in Canterbury

We really enjoyed our stay, Paul and Heidi were the perfect hosts, very friendly and always helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. The room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. All in all a lovely few days stay.

A very serene sleep, lovely shower and nice touches with the mini fridge freezers and generous tea/coffee/biscuits. And Tunnocks Teacakes. That alone sold me 😂

Nothing is too much trouble. Hosts were really welcoming to my daughter who wasn't staying and asked if she would like to join me for breakfast the next day. Breakfast was excellent and Paul said have it on the house. I will definitely return

Clean, well-maintained property in a very convenient location, only about 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

We felt very welcome in our spotlessly clean room. There is so much eye for detail! The extra help with the headlights of our car, the map with a clear route into town, the delicious breakfast, the good quality coffee machine in our room… they all made us feel very welcome. Heidi and Paul are great hosts who clearly love making their guests feel at ease and at home.

We loved it! Amazing buffet, variety of hot meal and made to order breakfast was right on time. Heidi was attentive to our needs. B&B is secure and child safe/family friendly. Twin Bedroom and double bedroom clean, adequate, right amount of furniture and compact. Little things that count as a mindful host- ear plugs, shower caps, sleep mask and vanity set. Including the coffee maker in the rooms! Town centre was only a few minutes walk, with lots of stores, tourist attractions and restaurants.

Radiators and table fan very very dusty bad combination for allergy sufferers.

The breakfast was delicious. The owners went above and beyond for my husbands birthday, with a glass of Champagne to enjoy with our salmon and avocado toast.

Harriet House have thought of everything to make a superb stay. A very comfortable room and the best breakfast, with high quality freshly cooked ingredients.

Just a minor point of the bed just a little to hard for us.

The property was fantastic. Paul & Heidi were SO welcoming and made it the perfect one night stay. to be honest, we wish we could have stayed longer. Super clean, chic, the facilities & amenities were perfect and the breakfast was honestly 5 star!

Absolutely loved this place. Lovely hosts, comfy bed and pillows. Nicely refurbished, looks better in real life. Bathroom was quite small but it was very modern with a big shower and excellent water pressure. Cooked breakfast was the best I’ve had so far in my 3mth journey around the UK.

Great hosts, very nice room and facilities with a good breakfast. Parking on site with Canterbury a short (flat) walk away. Highly recommended.
