Lack of En Suite Staff unavailable when i looked for them.

Brilliant staff and very good value for money.

Despite some negative reviews we have seen, the family room we booked was exactly what was advertized. The staff was very friendly, agreed on our changing arrival times and early departure times, ... The room was clean and tidy, definitely not a four stars hotel, but it was very calm (special mention to the excellent noise-isolation of the windows, despite being next to a rather busy road). The geographical position is really great: 10 minutes walk to the city center, a bit more if you take the very nice walking path along the river, having parking possibilities at the hotel: this was exactly our reason for chosing this location.

The price is clearly too high compared to what you get. You pay the price of a high-end hotel, and get a correct but average room. I don't think I ever paid that price for a room when travelling privately. But you'll quickly find out that there's nothing cheaper so near of the city center. So I guess this is the price to pay to visit Canterbury.

Won't stay again. Booked the single en-suite room, hardly any room to move around let alone put luggage. TV didn't work properly had to call for help but ended up fixing it myself, covered in dust. Room was at front on noisy main road, air quality bad with the pollution. 2 star rating. Overpriced.

I was not expecting so many shampoos/shower gels for one night, I mentally prepared myself that I would have to buy them at some store... also loved the heater inside the bathroom! The hair dryer! as well as the little coffee and tea bags with the electric kettle

provide some wet wipes?
