Room was decent got to chk in early on request

Far from market , staff were impolite ,not much amenities in room , No much choices on food repeated menu and some leftover from a day before was being served next day at breakfast, room was old , housekeeping staff didn’t have even clean room properly , wen i asked for water bottle staff denied saying we only give 4 water bottles per day . water bottle was just only 390 ml .. we were traveling with kid, the blanket given from them for baby was old like hell and smelly .hygiene was a very big issue even slippers given by them was pre used ..

Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is good size and kids friendly, pool is great, i love the buffet, a lot of choices and good prices, we stay for a week and have a very happy experience.

Hotel is clean, rooms are good, location is ok. Facilities are good

Staff and atmosphere very average. Not helpful at reception when asked about laundry, end the end concierge helped us. Of all the hotels we stayed during vietnam this was the worst as far as staff making us feel welcome. They all need to smile more and found this hotel snobby unwelcoming and expensive especially drinks when they charge a service fee for no service!!

Hotel was dated and needs a revamp the rooms felt like a 3 star very old bathrooms . It was not centrally located so we had to take taxis everyday to get to the attractions.

No good quality

Room tiny and bathroom is terrible

Comfortable bed and good size room

There’s a bunch of hair of previous guest in shower room

Breakfast was ok and the hotel overall took care of all the requests, room service was on time

The cleanliness with the carpeting was very bad and soggy. The lobby smelled like smoking areas and caused trouble for my son
