The lack of tables on the terrace by the bar. Definitely, more people wanted to be outside in such nice weather, but few evenings we had to stay indoors. The sunbeds also need to be replaced.

Location
The food was terrible , we had payed for all inclusive , and only had 1 lunch and 1 evening diner . The service of the restaurant staff was terrible took them 25min to get us a drink.
very basic food choices and burning the food on the chefs grill sección and not bothering to offer another piece.
When requesting a drink . Only one ice cube .. the drinks would be waisted as they would go warm very quickly.l.
During breakfast a cook dropped a top of the bacon plate and instead of going to clean it or replace it with a clean one it was just put back on the food.

I had the best ever sea and sunset view from my room, room was perfect too.
The restaurant buffet was pretty boring so i wouldn't recommend an all inclusive

Breakfast was good with lots of choices, location is very good.
Room very small, bed uncomfortable and no access to a safebox unless you pay 3 euro a day. Mini fridge also fully empty with not even complimentary water.

Nothing.The worst hotel that i have ever visited.Location is just one plus of this hotel but near are a lot of different hotels that cant be worse than that hotel
All. Very dirty and old room. No wet cleaning , always dirty balcony , no one normal clean it.Very old furniture.Broken and dirty glasses and plates in the restaurant. The constant lack of staff in connection with which it is necessary to wait until the food is brought to the buffet.Very old towels for pools and paid replacement.Very unqualified and rude reception staff who try to do all possible to spoil vacation. If you have visited Be Live hotels earlier please consider that this hotel has not usual level Be live hotels.Hope you will choose another place to rest

Good comfortable and clean room good wifi and laundry everyday.
Lifts kept breaking down ,really insufficient for number of guests but this is infrastructure so unlikely to be improved.
Insufficient staff in dining room. Breakfast ok but chef stuff not replenishing food quickly given demand.
Evening Meal was poor usually only 1/2 meat dishes and a veg selection. For Price a choice of 3/4 meat variety would be an improvement e.g if you didnt like pork on an evening then you were stuck.. or go veggie
Ate out 2/7nights just to get a decent evening meal.

Staff very very kind and welcoming
Me and my wife booked for a queen size bed, which costs more than single beds...when we got to the room there where 2 separare beds put together...but with separate sheets. So apparently we add to pay an additional fee for that big sheets. I kindly requested these sheets and we ended up doing our bed.

Pretty much everything.everything clean and the staff brilliant.food good choice and hot.would definitely recommend and enjoyed our stay.
Pillows were awful.so uncomfy.and only get one pillow, no spares.rooms old fashioned but perfectly functional and clean.didnt enjoy single beds either.though mattresses were fine, expected in a adult only hotel to have atleast double bed.however that's the only issues and did not effect overall great stay

Building really need renovation. Especially for beds. 90% of people were pensioner.

This hotel is more suitable for older people and not for young people, there were lots of people over 65 years old, the weather in this city was very bad, always cloudly and windy
