The problem for WIFI i faced from first day and it was till when i was Checking Out

Got there the room hadn't been vacuumed properly dust in the corners. WiFi didn't work for the whole stay.

Overall Room quality needs improvement, washrooms condition is deteriorating and toiletries are limited in supply.

The only downside was the WIFI. It was really slow. Hope they can improve that. Also, they could have softer pillows.

I paid about $650 USD for 4 nights and this Hotel was not worth it at all. You'll mostly be paying for location as it's less than 5min walk to the Prophets Masjid. The room was clean but the showerhead in my room continuously fell off and toilet has to be flushed several times and theres a weird smell. We had to call laundry several times for our clothes and was always told 5min but they would never come. When I would ask the staff for help, they were never helpful and say "I don't know". Wifi barely worked and was constantly told it would work tomorrow. This hotel is okay, but definitely not worth its price. My experience would have been much better paying for a cheaper hotel about 10-15 min walk away as quality is the same and everything in the area is also expensive

Two staff in reception Amar and Bayan they are very kind and professional. They gave me all information and they are so polite.

One staff in Restaurant was very unprofessional during our Sahoor.
