The location is good
The check in time was 4 pm but the room was not alotted till 6pm. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the lobby just to check in the room.
The front office staff are highly inefficient there Will lack of English language

الغرف تحتاج الى تجديد والاثاث مستهلك وقديم لكنه نظيف. رائحة معطرات الجو في الممرات قويه جدا تحتاج الى تعديل الاعدادات في الجهاز. مكان نزول وطلوع عربات كبار السن جدا سيئة ومتعبه

We had amazing breakfast it was brilliant I loved it.
Actually, I want like anything better and I do recommend to my friends and a lot of other people to enjoy this amazing place and their breakfast.

Old carpets, old furniture and needs renovation.

Great hotel situated at a very good location. Breakfast was good and house keeping was great. Free crates of water bottles were provided to all rooms and reception staff were helpful.
Rooms were a bit dark and a on the smaller size. Could have done with more elevators.
