The kitchen staff was phenomenal, food was good, and reception was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, that is not enough for someone to have a nice and comfortable experience.
The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. Room service did not show up even when we requested a room cleaning. As we entered our room, we smelled an old, musty scent. The carpet was dirty and we saw a dead bug that looked like it had been there for a while. We expected much better rooms and service for the high price we paid. Do not recommend to anyone.

The location to the Nabi mosque is great. Just few minutes walk to the mosque. The buffet meals were good. The staff very courteous and helpful. Dalai at the reception is a great person. Thank you Dalai.

The breakfast was very tasty and delicious and the staff were very nice and helpful aswell. The location was at a great place for us to get to places easily.
Something I didn’t like was that when we were leaving the hotel I asked several times at the receptionist desk to give us a lift for all our luggage’s but they never gave it to us so we had to carry the luggage’s by ourselves.
