The room cleaning staff were very good.

Lifts were unacceptably poor. Conditions at breakfast were bad with poor food selection. It was a long walk to the beach down many steps. The front desk and concierge staff were extremely unhelpful.

Crowed tiny beach, even waking at 7a.m. all the chairs were taken ... but empty... (very strange); most of the staff, in particular those on the front desk, couldn't speak english and used an app; In addition, we realized that Pattaya in general and this hotel in specific are a russian hub in asia (all the information of the hotel was written in two languages: english and russian or thai and russian...), which is somewhat unconfortable given the current state of affairs...

Nada. Everything is fine.

Rooms were good size and cleaners came daily.

It was so crowded and filled with Russians. The breakfast was always busy and rarely pool chairs available. The wifi was a NIGHTMARE and you had to keep logging in and out constantly. I even had to get up in middle of the night to work as wifi so throttled in day.

the location is good and accessible. It is private beach so if you don't want to go through so many people with traffic area around the Center part this is the best choice.

the facilities are bit old . There are lots of things that didn't work out like leakage of bidet and blocked lavatory.

the wifi very bad

Beachfront and the pool area was huge. Breakfast was great! staff were very nice and friendly.

Our room was situated right in front of the construction site, which destroys the sea view. Also there was one evening where the room next to us were making loud noises while drinking that I had to call in the front desk twice.
