The hotel said their heater was broken and wouldn't let me check in, which I didn't manage to do. I had to check in another hotel and this one didn't give me my money back, I now think this hotel is a scam

Great central location in Vianden. Close to restaurants and bars.

There was a strong odor of cigarettes in the hallway.

The location was really good and the terrace was a nice extra.

1. The host wasn’t here and the substitute didn’t know a lot (and he was high all the time). 2. The toilet/shower was full of mold. The water was also not running through well. 3. We almost never had toilet paper and when we asked for it, the problem wasn’t fixed.

there was alot of dust on the bedroom floor; our booking said breakfast was included and there was none -not even a drink available....the place was deserted and we had to unlock door to leave after 9 am ;no sign of any staff to receive refund whih we had been told would be available in the morning

The location was lovely, the bistro and bar downstairs, good dinner, nice little breakfast

The location was perfect close to everything including the bus stop at Vianden Breck. The bed was fine. However big issue with the "plug-in" toilets we could not use ! Plus plugs far too close to the shower and electrical installation did not feel safe at all. The serving staff in the evening was very nice, polite and professional. Big mishap with breakfast in the morning and we had none. Our plans and timing were kind of ruined for the morning as we waited with other guests for breakfast which never happened. We were told it was because someone from the hotel had a car accident but we saw en employee later on who then was present in the village and could have taken care of guests waiting all alone in those circumstances. She even took the bus with us that morning...

Did not appreciate that the hotel was left all open by itself and that the owner did not manage things with the employee who was present in the village that morning. No one should leave a hotel unmanned like this.

Location is perfect right in the city center, staff friendly. Price relatively low so good value for money. Bathrooms are shared but that was clearly mentioned while booking. Our room did have a nice view and a big balcony.

Upon arrival hotel was locked. There was a note on the door saying we had to phone a certain number. On that number no answer. Then we phoned different number (number on booking.com papers) and after 10 minutes or so someone came to open the door and show us our room.

The host was friendly, the hotel is well located, the room is correct, the bed correct, the room and the shared bathroom could be cleaner, but the were correct. The breakfast is simple but very nice for the price of the room, the croissant was very big and delicious!

Late breakfast, dated interior

Tina, the owner of the hotel, is a very kind person. She did everything she could for me to have a pleasant stay. I booked a single room, but had a twin room with a sitting area and a nice street view. The breakfast was extensive, fresh and delicious. I loved the cappuccinos she made!! I extended my 2 nights stay with 2 extra nights. Thank you so much Tina!!

The hotel is in an area with some restaurants. This can make it a bit noisy in the evening.

Polite staff when we arrive despite they were not speaking English

Requested a cot. Got first a normal bed and then a cot but not fully built and we had to figure it out ourselves. We had to wait few hours to get key of the room Winter duvet with 35 degrees weather. No A/C, sun on the room the whole day. We were melting during the night. Other guests not very polite, but very noisy. Bar/restaurant near by. You could hear people screaming and laughing/chatting until late. We had to keep the windows open to get some air in the room At 7am another guest knock at our door asking for the keys to open the main door. As nobody in the structure yet. At 8h nobody was available. A woman arrived after a bit and started to prepare breakfast. Simple but not decent, bread not available and had to wait bit by bit things to be ready.. Not the best stay for sure.

Nice position and clean room. The breakfast was simple but ok. The lady at the reception was very nice.

The room.was having the windows to the main street and was noise from cars .
